I come here pretty often for printing and for returns. The Cris woman who seems to be a manager is *without fail* rude. I don’t know if she’s always rude or if I’m getting “special treatment,” but it’s appalling that someone with such terrible customer service skills could be a manager. Shows you how this store is run. Everyone else has been pleasant, but this woman seems to always be there and always be flippant, purposefully ignorant, or just completely ignoring that she has customers to help.

The Staples in Falmouth is the best Staples you will find. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful always. The copy/printing machines are always working, and the staff is there for your help if you need any.

Everyone at Staples has been very helpful whenever I needed help. Not only are they helpful but they're kind they're smiling they're nice to talk to and even fun! I've bonded with one who likes to use her Cricut machine and I have given her ideas and a little bit of help. It's just a great experience you should go!

The Falmouth, MA Staples store is very clean and the merchandise is easy to find. I have always found the staff to be very helpful.

I always have a great experience at this location but this time I had the best one of all; I was getting frustrated with the printing process because I had a huge file I needed to print and several of them at that.. and Marty the store manager came right over to help me and was the KINDEST most patient human being. It was clear immediately why he was the store manager because he had a great handle on everything and amazing customer service, 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you again Marty for turning a time crunched stressful experience into me leaving with a huge smile on my face.

On Thursday 6/24/2I, I fell down in Staples Falmouth Store. My older flip flops gave out while I was putting my cart away before heading out the door. It wasn't a pretty fall but a complete loss of balance. Two employees immediately stepped up! I regret not getting their names because they need to be recognized as going above and beyond! The first is a petite grey hair lady, wears glasses, works at the registers and has the nicest smile. She seems to manage the front. The second is a young man, who is an eagle scout. They assisted me up, got me a chair and handed me a water. My flip flops were retrieved and I was asked to sit until I relaxed. Thank-you! Yes I was shaken and mortified and I have since tossed the flip flops. Many Many Thanks to these two incredibly kind souls who went beyond simply asking if I was alright. ?❤?

I went here to have a some maps laminated, due to the size they had to be shipped out to another store. The amount of energy that went into completing my task I can't believe how little they charged me. Great store!

My husband and I were in the Falmouth store to purchase a HP all-in-one printer we had been shown in our local store in CT. Marty in Falmouth was a great help: very patient, explained the machine to us, answered all our questions, suggested set-up optimization and helped us take advantage of a special promotion on printer, cartridge and paper, and ordered the machine for delivery to the store --plus he transported the large, heavy box of paper to our car -- all while juggling multiple other calls and employee questions. We highly recommend Marty and his crew!
