I live closer to the Mashpee location, but their service and attitude is terrible.
I come to Falmouth because they are efficient, fast and friendly. Much better customer service all around.

Best ups store I have been to. Service was extremely quick and helpful. The young man named Ethan was very helpful to me. Every time I go, I want Ethan to help me.
