I just recently moved to Fitchburg and, of course, in the middle of our move my car decided to start making this god-awful noise when stopping in traffic. I called A&P because the ratings and reviews were really good and after my experience, I can add my voice to those reviews. They were able to get me in the very next day and told me they would let me know the cost before any work was done. They also promised to try and get my car back to me before the end of the day. They delivered in every way and I’m happy to consider A&P my go-to mechanic when my car becomes angry again. :)

Good work, even helped me out in painting an area of my frame I couldn't reach while they had the suspension apart. Did have a small issue with parts that were missing and had to come back, but they fixed it no complaints and no extra charge. Nellie behind the front desk is very good and kind. The mechanic even took a little time to help me find a strange sound I had from before. Like with everything, if you're kind with people they will be good to you. Will come back.

Great job at this shop. I was able to have struts done and was helped with a tire replacement all same day. Good communication and great in customer service. Nelly was amazing in the front. I will be going back and recommending for any other help.

Great service and friendly staff. I have been to A&P auto several times and I cannot say enough about the quality of work. All of my concerns and issues were addressed. My vehicle was repaired and my car runs great. Prices are fair and communication is fantastic! Thank you for repairing my car!

We've been our Cadillac here for a couple years now , and we stick with them because our first impression lasted. The Service Advisor is very pleasant, detailed , keeps us informed . She is professional, and honest which is very important in this industry. The price here is decent too, and they are very accommodating with their schedule. . only thing woukd be nice here , is a quick car wash or vacuum after your car is serviced but Im not sure if they have the capabilities or even offer that.
We've done full brake jobs, oil change, various parts replaced plus random diagnostics and they seem knowledgeable and their theories makes sense.

I highly recommend A&P to everyone who wants a reliable and affordable autobody shop. I have been bringing my Honda CRV there for years so I trust their team with big repairs and regular maintenance.
The mechanics and owners are very professional and always take the time to actually explain whats going on with my car so I can be informed before agreeing to any services.
