They are extremely rude they harass us none stop when we become 1 day late and we only owe 87 dollars sure you guys are not that hard up for money just yesterday they called 15 times don't buy or rent from these guys they are extremely expensive and rude

If i can give 0 stars i would. I ordered my set, they sent one person to bring the sofa and love seat all by himself and messed up the sofas. I told them about it and told me they are in the process of hiring someone so they can send 2 people to replace it. They were supposed to call me and they didn't. My first late payment, they ended up sending someone to my house to ask for my payment and when I mentioned the replacement they said they will reach out but never did! I pay my installments every month even if it's late, i still do. They call you at least 10 times, they call you from the store, if you don't answer then they call you with a different number and if you don't answer they will use another number to call you and will also find you on social media. It's funny how they can harass and call you 10 times a day for payments but they cant call you about the damn replacement they were supposed to bring. It is disgusting how these people work. Absolutely 10 stars!! I leased a washer and dryer from the Fitchburg, MA location and Jose and Devan came to deliver it, I live on the 3rd floor and the stairways and very narrow and they did it with a smile were very careful with the set and got them hooked up very efficiently, also had to deal with putting the hoses thru a strange set up in a door that is in my extra room, they did it and it came out great, thank you so so much I am one very happy customer ??? A+++++

Customer service in Fitchburg was unprofessional, not courteous, did not answer questions directly, and were Incompetent versus other furniture stores. I left unsatisfied.

This place is absolutely the worse when it comes to financing furniture. I bought my couch in the begining of june and ever since we brought the couch home we had problems with our recliners. Worked fine in store, anyway fasr forward two months mind you i called them three times to come out and fix it, same crap different day. So we were stuck with two recliners that wouldnt go back in. After endless threatening of taking my money elsewhere, 7 months later they finally gave me a new couch. The service manager said I'll talk to my team and we can arrange my team to come into your house and assemble it. Well wrong. Because they blamed covid so they could not enter I get it by why did the MANAGER tell me different. They were also suppose to call when they were on the way never did and just showed up. Then my boyfriend and i had to disassemble it, bring it into the hallway and take the new boxes in and set them up. Still 5days after we got it still waiting for service to get it assembled.... They absolutely suck. Waste of time. Never again. Go elsewhere

I bought a couch there back in May 2020. First of all it was a nice looking couch.They say same day delivery, however i was unable to get that option at 1pm that day so I had to borrow a truck from a family member. They had it wrapped outside of the store waiting for me. We brought it into the apartment then a few weeks elapsed and both recliners broke called technicians out then they cancelled service on me twice... I was heated, called twice to get them fixed i had to fight my recliners and still the same problem. Then my recliners are still left broking. I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN

They take money out of account's that were not authorized to do so and then make u out to be the bad guy when confronted with it. Worst company to go through specialy in a pandemic

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. If you need some new furniture , I highly recommend taking at look at this place.
