I need a new phone because my current phone is having issues. The employee Orlando told me I was eligible for an upgrade, so i was very excited! I picked out a new phone, and he said I'd just have to pay our bill. My wife was going to wait until Wednesday when we get paid, but I can't work without a phone, so i went ahead with the payment.
After paying, he told me I actually WAS NOT eligible for an upgrade. Now our bank account is about to be negative and I still have a phone that doesn't charge. He didn't provide me ANY OPTIONS or help whatsoever. He just said, "My bad, you're gonna have to call customer care." I asked him if he could call with me there to help me understand, and he said "it won't be any better than you doing it yourself."
I am a former MP with the US Army, I have extensive PTSD, ADHD, OCD and crippling anxiety. It took me EVERYTHING i had to go into that store without my wife or my service dog. I'm very much not happy.
Its on me, really, for not realizing he was a careless human being with a severe lack of empathy and compassion... as the gentleman being "helped" before me left in RAGE.
I GENUINELY DO NOT ENJOY LEAVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS. EVER.
This time, I had no choice. Please choose your employees more wisely, AT&T. We love your service!!!

I walked into AT&T store to buy 1 Screen Protector for an iPhone 16 Pro. I told the Sales Rep, Nate this and he got one off the shelf and put it on the iPhone for me. He said it would only be $10 since I had bought one before for $45 and they have lifetime replacement.
So, I was very upset when I got home and saw an email charging me $103.70!! Hardly, $10. I want a refund and an explanation for this dishonesty and fraudulent business practices.

Sales person was great. However store had no wifi so couldnt transfer my data. And they didn’t have enough cash to make change. So I had to let AT&T slide for a dollar.

My visit yesterday was absolutely awesome. However whoever had helped my boyfriend months ago with the purchase of his Apple watch did. It do their job. He had asked for the warranty so if it was lost or stolen he would covered. The rep. months ago told him it was all set. Welp it wasn't because he had lost it and they said that person never put it on the watch. we went in together to upgrade myself, plus get his watch back when we discovered this mistake. Yesterday's rep was so helpful and worked with us to get what we needed. I really like who worked with us yesterday. I wish I could remember the awesome guys name yesterday, he deserves a raise ?

As I scroll through all the 5-star reviews for this AT&T Authorized Retailer, I can't help but wonder: do these effusive ratings genuinely reflect satisfied customers, or are they merely reflections of initial impressions?
If you had asked me to write a review immediately after my first visit to this store a few months ago, I would have given it 5 stars too. Little did I anticipate the journey of deception and manipulation that lay ahead, and would leave me feeling personally victimized, manipulated, and utterly disappointed by AT&T.
The representatives at the store were slick and persuasive, convincing me that I was making the best decision of my life! Their explanations, though convoluted and hard to follow, seemed reasonable at the time. After all, how could these genuine individuals be capable of exploiting and taking advantage of customers like me?
However, as time passed, their scam became glaringly apparent. Looking to upgrade to the new iPhone, my partner and I were persuaded to add a bundle including two Apple Watches and two Samsung phones. We were assured and under the premise that this would be the cheapest option, with monthly payments in the low hundreds.
Regrettably, this assurance proved to be nothing but a lie. Our bills surged to exorbitant levels, far surpassing the initial estimates, our bill kept increasing by the $100s. Despite our protests and efforts to address the issue, we were met with resistance and apathy from both the store representatives and customer service, showing a blatant disregard for our well-being and satisfaction as customers
Reflecting on this experience, I feel swindled by this AT&T store. Their deceptive practices have left me feeling emotionally and financially drained. I cannot wait to switch to a different carrier, one that values honest and integrity over misleading sales tactics.
My hope is that by sharing my story, others can avoid succumbing to the same fate.

After sitting with Matt for 5 hours back in August, going over every possible option..3 phones, 5 phones, flip phones, smartphones, and revisiting the store on multiple occasions. We were assured that our bill would be fixed to reflect what we agreed upon. After speaking with customer service, I was told that still 3 months later, my wife's corporate discount has still not been applied to the account.Our bill is $90 higher than we agreed upon. The discount will not be applied for at least another billing cycle. A $200 additional expense. Nothing but lies from a typical slimeball sales guy.They also lost one of our trade ins for a month until we revisited the store the first time. At that time, they realized it was our phone they'd lost.They told us that our first bill would be higher, and the taxes on the double bill were why it seemed higher. I'd bet they would have said anything to get us out of the store at that point. Can't wait to visit you again, Matt. Explain your lies one more time, please. I think I can recall how Mathew would feel if he had to see my face again. See you soon. ?
