After sitting with Matt for 5 hours back in August, going over every possible option..3 phones, 5 phones, flip phones, smartphones, and revisiting the store on multiple occasions. We were assured that our bill would be fixed to reflect what we agreed upon. After speaking with customer service, I was told that still 3 months later, my wife's corporate discount has still not been applied to the account.Our bill is $90 higher than we agreed upon. The discount will not be applied for at least another billing cycle. A $200 additional expense. Nothing but lies from a typical slimeball sales guy.They also lost one of our trade ins for a month until we revisited the store the first time. At that time, they realized it was our phone they'd lost.They told us that our first bill would be higher, and the taxes on the double bill were why it seemed higher. I'd bet they would have said anything to get us out of the store at that point. Can't wait to visit you again, Matt. Explain your lies one more time, please. I think I can recall how Mathew would feel if he had to see my face again. See you soon. ?

Kevin and another employee (whose name I did not catch but from what I understand is a college football player) stayed an hour and a half past closing trying to set up lines for 3 members in my family. He also gave us a great insider tip on how to save more on our monthly plan, and applied to discount. I had a very positive experience from these two employees today. Give these two gentleman a raise!

My wife and I sat with Matt for more than 5 hours on August 12th for tax free weekend. We went through every plan thoroughly because every device we wanted...(that they didn't have) would change the price of the monthly bill. We traded all of our phones for discounts and gotten our final price and signed the agreement. Well we just got our first bill. None of our " device discounts" went through, and we're being told our bill will be on average $70 more a month than we were expecting. Since it's been more than 14 days, we're being told that we can't cancel and we're locked into our devices for 3 years, which doesn't even make sense because after our trade ins... our phones should be darn close to free. (Even though we were told 30 days) to cancel.This will make our bill 2 times higher than what we paid with our previous service, and I simply never would have agreed.My wife's company offers a corporate discount and after all the questions and redoing of the bill, it was never applied to our account because he tried to sell us insurance through aarp and that obviously wasn't done right either.I'm simply not paying $70 more than originally quoted because sales people are incompetent. Someone needs to fix this issue or they will be seeing a lot more of me in the store.

The gentleman upfront, who attended me (jay) I am pretty sure his name was very polite and considerate of my situation, and knew the right things to ask. My visit was fast even with it being pretty busy at the time his work performance was a 10/10 .

Had the best experience with Jalyn/Jay. His customer service is amazing and really makes the stressful process very personal. He’s like your AT&T best friend. He helped me through getting a new phone after my phone stopped working. Left with a more than I asked or expected which was made me feel special. SHOUT OUT TO YOU JAY !!!

Went into the store on 2/22 to get assistance in activating my new Pixel 7 phone to find out the account I'm on had "suspect fraud" on the account and I understood that and was cool to go home and call ATT to figure it out. I returned today, 2/23, with a pixel 7 pro and one of the 3 workers behind the main desk asked me if I needed help and I responded with "I need a sim card to activate my phone" and immediately the kid that worked with me the night before declined me service due to what happened the night before. I tried to explain I got everything cleared up with ATT and even had the account owner with me, kept talking over me and refused service flat out. If this worker had just listened to me, I could've explained all the issues were resolved but was not provided that opportunity and it was assumed that I wasn't worth the time to help. I've never been pushed out of a business like this before after all my years of retail management. Absolutely unprofessional and embarrassing to be told this across the store in front of other customers.
