This is such a great store to shop in! Everyone is so helpful and they don’t make you feel stupid for asking questions.
The store manager, Shawn, was really helpful as well answering any questions I had.
The store is well laid out and clean. I love all the Aubuchon Hardware stores. I rarely shop elsewhere.
Great bunch of people there, excellent store to shop in!

This is the store to go to! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The gentleman/ manager Shawn was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed for my home project. Also, the prices are very reasonable.

Easy to order online, exactly what I was looking for. The order was filled quickly, and I was notified in minutes! Appreciate the friendly curbside pickup, I sat in the driver's seat while my order was placed into my car trunk.

The young man who assisted me in finding the size and type screws I needed to attach the feet on my tv not only was very helpful, he was also so pleasant! He had greeted me at the door right when I walked into the store, which made me so happy that I didn’t need to find an associate on my own.

My last two experiences at this place have been poor. I went to Gardner to purchase waterproof wire nuts and couldn't find them so I asked for help. The woman I asked for help told me that they don't sell them and I'd need to go to an electrical supply store. I went home and looked online and saw that Aubuchon's does indeed sell them. Drove myself back to the store to find them myself. I told the staff who greeted me at the door what happened and he just stared back at me without offering any apology for the inconvenience. Nice :/
Today I went to Fitchburg to pick up an online order for 20lbs of expensive milky spore. I was handed a 15 pound bag and told that's all they sell and that the best they can do is process a return without an apology for the inconvenience from the asst. manager. After I'd taken a chunk of time out of my day and driven many miles to a neighboring town to pick up. I was not happy!
I like to local support smaller businesses but customer service is how you keep customers coming back.
