I was able to approve the pricing before any work was done, and that price quote was the final price. Very reasonable too. John and Sam were extremely professional and in 45 mins my car was fixed. I'd highly recommend them! You don't need to go anywhere else.”

“CAP has been a good auto parts store I've used on and off for years. Now they are linked with Amazon. I looked on Amazon for a spark plug for my garden tractor. Before checkout I noticed next to Delivery they had a Pickup option. Selected that, picked it up the next day, and the price was even less than if I got Delivery. This should be good for hard to find wiper blades also.”
“2/8/26. Tonight at approximately 6:20 p.m., when the temperature was 12°, my car battery just went. I barely made it into the AutoZone parking lot. The store manager, Victor, even though it was freezing cold outside, came out and changed my battery. No one else would have done this. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to help someone he did not even know. At that point, his service went beyond the normal customer service. He deserves an applause. Thank you so much for all your help Victor. Your superiors should be grateful to have somebody like you running their stores. God bless

“Want to give this dealer 100 stars. Service department went above and beyond on my truck. They were able to get me in and out same day "DEF doser pump", which is very dificult no matter what state you're in. Huge shoutout to the Service department. If you need help, Burt was very knowledgeable and curtious. Ask for him or any other service specalist, all were great. “just an average part store. Shopping at this particular location felt like I was talking to Ben Stein (DRY EYYYEEES, RED EYYYEEES) OR maybe a monotone robot. Either way I felt like I saw someone standing in a Advance AP uniform but nobody was inside the body holding up his clothing. nothing bothers me more than hearing an employee say "So! That's not my job!!!" when asking them for help or when another employee asks for assistance. Just TERRIBLE!!! want a great Advance Auto? Go to the Clinton, MA location. that's were u get friendly knowledgeable staff whom actually help out the customer.”
