I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT BIGLOTS SINCE THEY FIRST OPENED IN FITCHBURG AND USED TO GO TO THE GARDENER ONE BEFORE THAT. I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED, APPRECIATED AND THANKFUL FOR THE STORE AND EVER SO NICE MANAGERS AND WORKERS WHO WORK SO HARD. NOW I WENT TO THE FITCHBURG BIGLOTS ON SATURDAY TO USE THE 20% OFF AS WELL AS MY COUPON SENT TO MY EMAIL FOR 10$ OFF OF 20$ OR MORE SPENT. THE 10$ OFF WAS ONLY PAST THE DATE BY 3 DAYS AND THE NEW SUPERVISOR WOULD NOT EVEN LET ME USE IT. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I HAD ALREADY LOST OUT ON THE LAST THREE COUPONS GIVEN ME DUE TO MY HEALTH AND THAT THE OTHERS AS WELL AS THE MAIN OFFICE WILL USUALLY LET ME USE IT BECAUSE THEY ALL KNOW ME SO WELL AND KNOW MY HEALTH ISSUES THAT DON'T ALLOW ME TO ALWAYS GO OUT SIDE, BUT STILL THIS NEW MANAGER SAYS WELL THEY I DON'T KNOW WHO ALLOWS THIS BUT THEY SHOULD NOT BE LETTING YOU DO THAT. I SAID OKAY. I PAID FOR MY THINGS WITH THE 20% OFF COUPON, LOSING OUT ON THE 10$ COUPON. AFTER ALL OF THE YEARS OF SHOPPING HERE AND THE HUGE INFLATION OF THEIR PRICES, JUST AS HIGH AS THE REGULAR STORES NOW, IT'S LIKE WOW! I TRULY HAVE ALWAYS APPRECIATED THE BREAKS BUT I GUESS THAT IS A THING OF THE PAST NOW AT BIGLOTS. "NO MORE BREAKS" PAY JUST AS MUCH IF NOT MORE HERE AT BIGLOTS" USE TO BE MY FAVORITE STORE. ALL BUT TWO OF THE OLD TIMERS WORKERS ARE NOW GONE AND SO IS THE UNDERSTANDING AND NICENESS! SO SO SADDENED!!!!!!!!

My wife and I went here on Sunday, we spent over an hour shoppin, We were there for the 20% sale, like we normally take advantage of.. after checking out over 500 in items we get told, sorry out system is down we can't use the coupon.. which makes 0 sense, over ride it and take 20% off. But instead we received no heads up, no sorry, no anything.. lost out on over 100 bucks from the coupon. Thank you for that.

Morgan was a huge help fixing a problem I had in the Auburn location.. I had to return a recliner because I was given the wrong battery pack and Morgan helped my dad pick out another recliner. I appreciate Morgan's patience and help.

The store was generally clean. But as a company the prices are not any cheaper than anywhere else. I was expecting brand name house cleaning products to be a bit cheaper. They aren’t. Maybe some “made in china” products are a bit cheaper but overall, if you are going for lower prices, catch a sale at target or Walmart.

Terrible customer service, asked to use the bathroom for my child and I understand it was busy but instead of finishing up with that customer, he continued to take other customers. Ended up leaving everything we grabbed.
