I brought an unlocked phone and they said its locked and i had to buy one of their phones.
Went to another carrier and they connected the phone immediately without any issues.
They lie to you to try to upsell you.
They seem very shady in general.
If you want boost Mobile go to another location.

Terrible customer service, I approached to be able to renew my equipment since I am a client and the workers were completely rude, more concerned about the phone than the client, they didn't even want to explain, especially Miss. Terrible, so I better change companies.

Place is a joke constantly ripping people off this isn’t the first time either. Today I went to get a upgrade don’t forget the phone is already active and they tried charging me a activation fee to switch a sim over get real what a joke I don’t recommend this store at all just order it off line…

I came in as my phone didn't work and I was panicking so I asked if I could join boost mobile and start and they did it all for me and they were friendly and knowledgable and even let me make a call on their landline to my loved one o they wouldn't think something happened to me.
