“Highly recommend! I was two hours from home when my car started overheating. I still had a half hour drive to my destination to teach an important class. Enterprise had a rental to me at the auto body shop within 15 minutes. Keira picked me up and was super friendly and helpful. Will checked me out and the process was seamless. “We arrived home from vacation at Boston Logan on Tuesday, and unfortunately, there was an issue with our rental car booking due to a mistake made by the Hertz employee at the airport. By the time we returned the car to Hertz in Fitchburg, it easily could have been a total sh!t show, but the employees here handled everything with the utmost professionalism, patience, and incredible customer service.
