Yeah, our whole family has given up on this dealership. It all starts with the lady Jackie on the front desk phone who will answer questions that she doesn't know the answer too with complete and utter confidence, ultimately steering the customer in the wrong direction from the immediate start of your repair (sounds fun right? Nope.) Then if you make it past the queen of darkness you deal with the mechanics that clearly just want to go home and to get you off the phone. Smart people I'm sure, but careless. And just that, 'careless', will have you returning to them sooner then you want to be. By this time unless your pockets are full and plentiful, you are then 'car-less'. Want them to check out that concerning noise? Forget about it, they are hard of hearing. Consuming more than a quart of oil per 1000 miles? Jackie says it's normal! Just one easy tip for any customer after calling this dealership, call another local spot and compare the answers because you won't be getting the same. Also notice how you call ANY auto repair place and the experience is usually kind, and they are grateful for our business. Call these guys and get yourself a fresh cup of 'get off my front porch'.
