As always the service department was top notch. No matter who I come in contact with, I’m always greeted with a smile and a hello. They always treat me and my vehicle wonderfully. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle.

Sales Professional Sean Salem was an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions, provided helpful information and made our purchase a pleasure to do business with Colonial Chevrolet. He even called and emailed us the next day to see if we had any questions, issues or concerns about our new vehicle. Unfortunately we missed his call, but he left contact information if we needed to contact him.Sean was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful throughout the entire process. Horrible experience. The dealer had my car for an entire month. After only 5 years, my Suburban needed a new transmission. Initially, the dealer recommended a new one that would come with a 3-year warranty. After completing the job (a month later), they didn't want to warranty anything since they fixed the transmission instead of replacing it. This was never communicated to me. The only communication I received from them was after repeated attempts to contact them asking about the status of my vehicle and when I could expect it back. I'm very unhappy that a 5-year-old Chevy truck would need a new transmission and even unhappier with how Colonial Chevrolet-West handled the entire situation. I would never go back there for anything and would recommend to EVERYONE to stay away.

As always happens, I was very pleased with the care and support that I received for my routine service call, including the application of a discount to my bill even though we discovered that I wasn't receiving the emailed coupons. An update was made to my account to provide for email offers in the future. The staff is always friendly, helpful and respectful.

Several years back Onstar informed me my starter had issues. I brought my vehicle to be serviced and they couldn't replace it because it was still working correctly. Since then, my warranty expired and wouldn't you know the starter is showing issues. Unfortunately GMC won't warranty the part however the dealership is going to cover the cost of the part and installation. What great customer service!!

I came in with my husband to purchase a Mustang Roush that we saw on the lot and the website. I felt like we got a very fair price and were ready to close the deal and pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately, I had to pull out of the sale at the last minute due to some personal chain of events. Geno and the rest of the sales team could not have been more professional or understanding. I would go back in the future and would probably shop there first, given the way that they handled the transaction. I really appreciated all of their efforts and will recommend them to others in the future.
