Horrible experience everytime I go to get gas they charge100$ for a few days. This is not okay. This causes me to over draft this is illegal. You can not charge someone for something they did not purchase they need to be investigated and sued for this. This is fraud and unlawful business practice.

Everytime I went there they called racial slures and everytime I went there they accused me of stealing. I asked why they think im stealing and they said because your black.

I went there with my friend. The workers accuse us of stealing. Then we asked for security footage, and they wouldn’t show us the footage, they accused my friend of stealing an iced tea when she doesn’t even like iced tea. we were trying to explain on how we didn’t steal, and they proceeded to kick us out and tell us that we can’t come back. we asked them to check our bags, and they just proceeded to yell at us and kick us out. terrible customer service. We then called and asked about the information and they hung up on us.

Why does it still say 24 hrs ?? I just drove all the way there only to find out your closed ... you have always been 24 hrs what the hell is going on ?? Closing at 9 -9:30 is ridiculous

They sell gambler Tobacco they always have it but today the Lady was new I told her where it was and all she could say was oh no we don’t sell that now you sell the tubes for gambler the lady would not look where they keep the tobacco underneath on the left side if you’re facing the person it’s on the left underneath the person was just too lazy to look I’ve never met so many rude people lately especially at that come on farms I’m glad that Kid worked nights finally left that kid was so rude And you figure being $1 million corporation they can fix their ATM machines I had money I had to go to the ATM to take out the money because their machine said I didn’t have it which is crazy cause I went right to the ATM in the store and paid an extra three dollars to get it out I’ve worked in many places and I’ve never acted like that towards any customers cause if I did I would expect to be fired if I had employees that acted like that they’d be gone there’s too many people who need jobs that people need to be rude

Went for milk around noontime. Very busy as it was after Monday storm had let up. Lot of customers waiting for food. Had to use auto checkout. Only one woman working, I assume due to snow storm.

Shocker every single time I come here the pumps are broken either completely out of water or you can only squeeze the trigger less than half way in order to get gas this place is an absolute joke. Only reason I go to this gas station is because it's in my area!!! It's supposed to be convenient and it's not!!!! Cumberland farms get your s*** together
