A heartfelt thank you to the staff at CVS 57 Rollstone Fitchburg and the amazing person who found my lost wallet. Last night, after a worship session with friends in Fitchburg, I realized that I had lost my wallet. My home was an hour away from where I had lost it, and I was desperate to find it. I went back to the last place I had gotten out of my car, which was at the Shell station in Reading to empty my car trash. But the staff there didn't find any wallet. I was afraid and even cried a bit. However, I prayed and trusted that whether I find my wallet or not, everything will be alright. I canceled my cards and ordered new ones as a precaution. Fortunately, I got a call this morning saying that my wallet had been found by someone (God bless them), and I could pick it up. I don't know how to express my gratitude to this person, but I pray wherever they are, God blesses them for what they did for me. ? ?

The pharmacy is a issue. Also the phone gives me different information about prescriptions then what they say in store. When I addressed it to the pharmacist she told me not to listen to what the phone says. Then I went there today because the phone info was different then the website first they said out of stock, then said they have it but it won't be ready till after 2 when I've already waited 2 days. Ridiculous.

I went to the drive through on a Saturday morning at 8:58am. Obviously they weren’t open just quiet yet. So I waited. Eventually it was 9:05am. Nothing. Then it was 9:10, and then it was 9:20! I rang the call bell several times but eventually I just went home. I could only sit there for so long! What a complete waste of my time. And what’s worse was the fact that I had to drive home without my pills. Really disappointed, CVS.

Frustrated by how their pharmacy closes so much earlier than the store. The store hours are listed first, it's the first thing you see. Drive there and guess what, the pharmacy is of course closed. They should have to close the store at the same time they close the pharmacy. Also, don't ever try walking up to the drive-thru window, they will tell you they can't serve you but you can go inside. More walking for you.

The pharmacy manager has no soul, $18,000 worth of insulin went missing under this criminal's watch. If you question the blatant and unlawful disregard for board required policies, you will lose your job under this disgusting excuse for a human being.

It’s so hard to get a straight answer to a simple question from the pharmacy staff. I always feel like I’m being given the runaround.Update: I’ve tried three times this week to get my refill. They absolutely cannot figure out the insurance. I’m going to go elsewhere.

The front day shift cashier is wonderful and always helpful even if she's having a tough day. HOWEVER, the store is a mess right now as they're rearranging everything. I passed the same several customers roaming the store looking for their items that they now cannot find, gping in circles same as me. I finally found someone who worked there and asked as quickly as I could (as she was practically running through the store) where my item was. She responded with an attitude of complete annoyance for me not knowing, which is probably why she was running through the store, To avoid being asked. How else are people supposed to find things?! Rude.

On hold for 39 minutes 21seconds an someone disconnected the phone without even speaking. CVS used to be the best place to go to get your meds. Now it's the worst. There customer care is just horrible. Not just this CVS but all of them in this area. Cooperate needs to step up to the plate and start checking up in person instead of a email. An if cooperate can't see by the amount of complaints they get from this area that something needs to be. Then maybe cooperate needs to be revaluate. I know my cooperate office would never accept anyo of this

One of the worse Pharmacies I seen In a long time. There rude. And have to call several times even when your order is ready to be filled then they are rude saying you should of called when we did several times . Just very unprofessional. They say they will call you and sometimes don't even call. Now I know why alot of people switched to Walgreens. Parkhill plaza cvs has to be the worse!

Very expensive for everything but prescriptions covered by some type of insurance. Better off running into a grocery store or big box store for anything else. You can sign up for their program for $5.00 per month to get $10. (really$5. after $5. monthly fee) to spend at store. It's a racket!

It is ridiculous that the pharmacy closes from 1:30 pm to 2 pm for a lunch break! Why is everyone taking a break at the same time?! What about the customer who needs support at that time?! This is unacceptable, I will be switching pharmacies!

Half of the people in the pharmacy are great and will go out of their way to help you, especially the cashiers.
