As a homeowner I appreciate the time they take the help me figure out what I need. Every time I've been there everyone has been extremely patient and helpful. They have a sign that says contractors get priority and it's completely understandable and well worth the wait. Prices were comparable or better than big box store.

The service at Fitchburg Plumbing is excellent. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful! Additionally, I see little difference in the cost of plumbing supplies vs that of the large warehouse store prices. As an example, I purchased some drinking water filter for my home water filtration system and the cost was considerable lower that what I previously purchased at the larger home improvement stores.
