Nice time with the family and friends we met up with there! Parking was a bit of a premium but doable.

very disappointed to say the least. Phone services are outdated. TVs are extremely confusing to connect to Wi-Fi, which you SHOULD NOT have to figure out on your own. There are no directions in the whole hotel to point you in the right directions of your hotel. So sad to give this a bad review because it was so much fun, but actually extremely pricey for what you get.

Overrated and over priced. Once you’ve been there for 2 hours you’ve seen it all. Better off going to an outdoor water park. Or you can play $30 a plate for you 3/4 year old. $200 for breakfast? Place is up it’s own a**. You’re not Disney.

Simply NOT worth the money. We were overwhelmed with the allergens in the room and the strong odor of carpeting in hallways. Food was just disgusting and activities for my kids were a complete ripoff. We feel completely ripped off as we are back home coughing profusely spitting green mucus. The only advice is go one day for the indoor water park and leave. Otherwise RIPOFF.

Second time staying at GWL in MA. First time we stayed on the side with the rope course and mini golf. That was great. A little nervous about the noise but not an issue since we brought our own white noise machines. Plus it’s a hotel & noise is expect, but if white noise machines where provided in the rooms that would be a plus! This time we stayed on the regular hotel area. First room we checked into, room 248, smelled like cigarette smoke & someone trying to cover it up with air fresheners. The staff was amazing & switched us to a new room right away. Throughout the whole stay all staff members were amazing. We checked out, received my email balance staying $0. Next day I get a charge in my credit card for $63.75. No email to why, no text. No explanation. After the hassle of trying to contact someone I was told it was due to unreturned towels. When in fact we did return them. 2 at one time to an employee who was having computer issues so wrote down our room number and 2 to a second employee who wrote down my name because they were still having, computer issues. The reason for my 2 stars is because of internal operations. Every interaction we had was amazing. However, the room smoke smell cover up, an elevator being completely out of use, computer issues, charged credit card with no explanation, incorrectly charged credit card, issue not being able to be resolved immediately, needing to make a case number & it will be 3-5business days to hear about a refund….nothing hands-on employees have control over but things that all the managers and internal operation associates should take a look at from a guest perspective.

The place is nice and a good trip for the family. However, the arcade is an incredible rip off that you need to walk through multiple times a day. They use cards and a credit system. The purchase price essentially requires $100 buy in which gives you 550 credits. A simple claw machine is 11.7 credits which is all you need to now. $2.12 per play. What is .7 credits? You really needed partial credits when they are .20 each?My biggest issue is that most of the games are claw machines and 10 second push a button and win ticket games.I love claw machines, but in the past 20 years they have been given setting that allow the owner to program the payout rate. GWL has programmed these to just never let you win. Try’s cost $2-3 and it will just drop the stuffed animal almost every time. You can tell they never allow you to win since most machines have 6 prizes which would require them to refill constantly if you could actually win.The tickets are also a joke. It cost 10,000 tickets to get a board game.I don’t really know why they do this. Just allow the kids to win something. They will be happy and parents will spend more. Instead they went for dystopian Vegas for kids. You can burn through $100 in under 30m and have essentially not shot at winning anything. The one thing people do win are the large balls. I won one last year and it was flat before we got home.

My experience at Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg was terrible. There was a man who was completely intoxicated and mistaking other children for his niece. He attempted on multiple occasions to go up to other children and take them. I personally warned security about this man on three separate occasions and little to nothing was done other than observe him. He was harassing other families and should have been removed from the property. At the very minimum, the Fitchburg police should have been called and the man could have been placed in protective custody. However, the staff acted as though it wasn’t a big deal and remained completely complacent. I feared for my children’s safety and for the other children in the park who watched this man with the look of fear on their face. I do not plan on returning.

Had a great time with my family for my kids birthday this past weekend. The elevator is crazy but other than that it's a great place.

Stayed in the jr cabin, 2 adults and 3 kids. Fit us perfectly with room to spare! We didn't feel cramped at all! Kids had there own TV and there own little spot within the room which was great, also I liked the location of the room, it was on the timber side where all the activities are (ropes/golf/rock wall/mining etc) water park is always a great time for all of us. We ate dinner and breakfast at the lodge buffet and both had great variety of foods! We will be back!

Honestly this place was amazing my kids loved it we had a ton of fun I over spent but you can definitely budget well if you're careful and prep your kids ahead of time. The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is because of a severe safety issue.A fire alarm went off due to faulty wiring. It happens I originally assumed maybe someone was fooling around pulled the alarm or accidentally burnt some toast. My real issue came with how they handled the emergency. There was not enough staff to handle an emergency and if this was a real fire people would have died. They keep saying they take it seriously and they're going to fix it but I have a strong feeling that that is not the case as when I asked them what they were going to do they said they were just going to look into it they offered me a few day passes as compensation honestly it's not enough. My son has some struggles with changes and the loud noises with a lot for him also my aunt and I both have PTSD and she's pretty much deaf without her hearing aids in which she doesn't sleep with them and we didn't really see any flashing lights nothing!!!The fire safety plan is nowhere posted in the hallways... It's on the back of the door at adult level tell anyone including my daughter who has dwarfism... Also most people don't look at the door when they're leaving this is the worst placement of a safety plan I've ever seen so many people were trying to go down the main stairwell and not the closest exit.Safety: Not SAFE!! Get a day pass don't stay in the hotel.

There is no room service. Even if you are buying from their restaurant. We stayed in one of their family suites (2 bedrooms, plus kids' cabin and living area. The rooms could use updates. A chair was broken. The walls looked old and in need of paint.Again, ordering food for so many of us was a hazard to carry. Our room was a handicapped room for a reason. No help for room service.

The only reason for four stars was that one of elevators was broken and the wait was long for the elevator. Otherwise it was
