I had a bit of credit fraud on my debit card Devon of the Parkhill branch and Brian of the Main branch were very helpful on resolving my issues and I appreciate it from both of them. Thank you, John.

So I go online this morning and see that the bank opens at 8:30 so I call the bank at 8:31 and listen to the famous message about higher than normal call volumes when I finally get connected it's to a crying baby after about a minute a lady comes on and says she the answering service come on IC please fix yourself I'd change banks but they are all the same lately

I wish I could leave zero stars. Don’t bank here… I shared with a rep a few days ago that I am currently on a medical leave to care for my son who is very ill, and asked for a one time courtesy to waive a banking fee due to an error on my part. I have banked with this bank for years with no issue, however as of late I have had continuous problems. First, my card was immediately compromised upon the start of their new online system. Then they told me they could no longer cut cards in the bank and would have to mail me my replacement, causing me to have no access to my money. After a week of still not receiving a card, I called back to follow up and was told that the bank rep I had initially spoken to never actually ordered my card, so I had to continue to wait. This caused me to rack up numerous late fees for automatic payments set up with vendors who only accept payment via card. (I also tried to set up wired payments, however the bank changed customer account numbers with their recent software update and the linking system was automatically pulling the incorrect account number causing it to decline.) To top it off, when I received the paperwork for the stolen funds, the documentation only included one of the two charges I told them were fraudulent, and I was only reimbursed for one of the two charges I had reported.
Today’s total and complete lack of humanity to not assist a loyal customer of many many years on the first and only assistance I’ve ever asked of them felt like such a slap in the face, especially after all I have kindly dealt with recently due to their fault. After explaining that my son is very ill and asking for a one-time fee reversal due to my error (after the multiple errors the bank recently made and money they caused me to lose), to be met cold heartedly with “we won’t be reversing the fee because it was not a banking error” was SO beyond disappointing.
When my son is well enough for me to go through the hassle of changing banks, that will be the first thing on my to do list. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t bank here.

Left the state after banking with them and having virtually no problems. They set up my account without my permission to overdraft and then racked up $800 in overdrafts and charges hoping I'd be stuck to pay for their mistakes. Had to cut my losses and lost wages of about $250.00 to this bank and just move on with my life. It's crazy how they try to get one over on people they deem to be unimportant.

This company doesn’t deserve any stars.
I have now been being harassed and scammed by this company and certain people in this company for 8 months.
They have ruined my credit and gone back on promises made.
I am getting phone calls & emails over and over with threats to repo my vehicle.
I pay when I am able and because they screwed me over and never put in skip pays that were supposed to be put in months ago, they are forcing me to pay the interest on payments that should have been skipped & therefore screwing my payments up even more.
They will not help me set up direct payments even though I’ve asked multiple times. So I have to physically drag my at risk baby to the Fitchburg office- which means having money for gas and still being able to afford not only his food but the bill for my car.
DO YOUR RESEARCH. do NOT get a loan from this company they will screw you & take advantage of you thinking that you won’t notice.
I have proof of all the promises made and the constant harassment & threats. This is unacceptable.

Still -1 star. Keep trying to call and never get a person and when they do call back it’s always when I’m in a medical appointment for my son.
I have been promised several skip pays if I pay a certain amount and found out several days ago that those skip pays were never applied to my account.
Every month I’m being threatened with repo even though technically if they applied the skip pays like they told me countless times they would (I have screenshots of email correspondence- proof of promises to post the skip pays) I would only be a month behind.
Will never be taking a loan through them again and will be telling everyone I know to stay away.
If I have to come in with my 3 month old to rectify this there will be issues as he’s high risk.
Why was no one with an auto loan given a member number or told they would need a member number and an account to pay auto loans with the new system? I spent 5 hours on hold just for the line to disconnect before I could get a person, chat line is also busy.
I can’t just go to one of the branches because I have a newborn at home.
Will be trying again today but my loan needs to be paid and this is ridiculous.

It should not be next to impossible to PAY a loan. We had auto payments set up and, their update wiped out autopayment info. When our payment didn't get posted, IC Credit Union didn't even contact us, we found out because they reported it on our credit score and TransUnion reached out to us!!! I tried to pay the loan and set up auto payments but am unable to. IC Credit Union called me to say because I was the CO-Borrower on the account, I could not set up auto payments, my husband is listed as Primary borrower, so he has to set up his own online account and set up payments (from a different institution). Well guess what he can't because during the update everyone was assigned a unique Member Number, but you need to call or log into your digital banking to get the number - but he can't create a NEW online account without said number.

I have gone in person (twice!), emailed & called. I can not get ahold of anyone about not receiving my mortgage statements for the last 2 months. In person they said they were running behind. Last month she said she would send an email. I never heard back. I sent an email. No response. I have called and can not get ahold of a person. Horrible customer service. Actually NO customer service!

I have been trying to pay my bill for my car for three weeks and it has not been working and i have been trying to call and no one has answerd my phone calls it only says to leave a message please can someone from the bank call me i need go pay my cars bill and then dont call me if i have not payed my bills.

Did most of our banking for there for 12 years, Just closed all of our accounts- customer service is atrocious- after working with Renee, it was the final straw- Moved to DCU- much better.

Been a member for years and I am so grateful for their amazing customer support. I had a weird technology error where a transfer went through twice, putting my account into negative balance. I was scared after seeing this. But the super kind customer support person Areli (spelling?) helped put my mind at ease, she deserves a shoutout. She was so helpful and even called me back later to check again and confirm that the error was corrected and I didn’t need to worry. Thank you IC! ?

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY HAD IT WITH THIS BANK FRAUD IN MY. YOUR SWORN UNDER OATH AND TO STEAL FROM THE PEOPLE YOU BELONG BEHIND BARS. KNOWING YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT NOR AM U LATE. IF IT IS NOT YOUR END ITS DEFINITELY MY BANKS END. I WANT THIS CORRECTED I PAY MY BILL EARLY EVERY MONTH. NOT TO MENTION THE PAYOFF SHOULD LOSE ALL THE INTEREST IF PAID EARLY.

Seventh time locked out of my accounts past two years. Should make copies of work orders to submit to IT weekly to keep accounts open or to ensure they are working properly.
