For none account customers making a deposit they ask for social security and an I.D. I'm just trying to pay my rent. If I would have wanted an account I would have made one, but with this change no thank you. I'm not going to give out my social to a bank I am not a member of. Feels like discrimination to me.

The lobby was packed but the associates were fantastic at moving people along quickly. I asked to have statements from prior accounts printed and didn't know my prior account numbers or information. Both staff members were polite and found the information that I was looking for quickly.

Nothing like getting a new debit card and being told it's all set and has the same PIN. Then you go to get gas and coffee and the card is declined. Embarrassing and frustrating. Also this location quite literally never answers the phone. Not sure why they have a phone number listed on Google if all its going to do is ring endlessly. Not even a answering service option. Had to call my local Rindge location for help with the debit card problem and they picked up right away. Also, why during a pandemic with drive up being the only option do you run a two lane with 1 teller.Not the kind of service I've come to expect from TD.

Worst drive thru experience EVER!! I sat for at least 10 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. Ditto for the cars in the second lane. The teller said "Have a nice day" when finally done, after having wasted so much of my time. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
