“I am so proud to be the 1st child born into Orlando's AUTO Sales and grew up sitting on the lot doing oill changes and rotating tires and helping My Dad in the office ... I learned every detail about car sales and knew every other car sales competitor in the area to be not only present but my Father thought of them all as family. Not competition ...they needed one another and that is something not all have experienced in the industry. For anyone with complaints I'd state now in review my Father addressed you as I would have. Probably kinder in fact. And for those whom supported the lot and it's members and all of the covid turmoil I appreciate your due diligence to local businesses.Used cars is exactly that. My father could also paint a car like nobody else. It was his greatest talent. Many may not know he did that so often in the 80s and 90s people came from everywhere for Paul to paint. He moved more to other aspects because Fitchburg didn't want pretty cars. It wanted sales. So for anyone who's ever had a dream, and had to choose the latter to feed their families ....I would recommend if you didn't want a used car with issues you should have paid close attention to detail asked questions and knowing my Dad he would've altered his week to make you a priority.... it's river street in Fitchburg.Please refrain from acting like you rolled up to the BMW store. That isn't what we specialize in. We fixed restored and sold used cars. I won't have anymore ridicule on Google as you only deem yourself in a bad light by doing so. And there's 500 behind you with great reviews ...but human beings would rather vent a bad day than a great experience....to be fair once you've taken the car someplace else I wouldn't want to help anyone either. When we don't know factually what's been done, we don't hold responsibility for your issue. That's called "business "”
