My truck was involved in an accident when someone went onto a rotary without yielding (as I was getting off at Park Hill) and they hit the back end of my truck. I brought it to West Fitchburg Autobody and they did better than I expected. It looks better than before the accident, and runs and behaves like the accident never happened. Couldn't be happier. They contacted me throughout the process, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since it was covered by insurance I can't say anything about price but their quality and professionalism is A+++.

Extremely professional and extremely helpful! They did such an amazing job on my car and was friendly and accommodating during the entire fix. Helping out with the rental and even having the whole car cleaned out and practically detailed. Will 100% return although hopefully I won’t have to and will 100% recommend!! Exterior door handle wasn't working, brought my car in and had it back in an hour. The reception staff is delightful and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and competent. Not to mention SUPER AFFORDABLE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jessica is wonderful! She was upfront and told me exactly how long it might take to fix my car. She told me things the insurance company didn't. All the paperwork was quick and easy. My car looks great! Highly recommend this business!

Had a insurance pay out wanted a oem ford bumper instead of aftermarket bumper got bumper from Ford called and spoke to a woman who was rude and said NO we won't put bumper on we are in business to buy parts I had it put on buy Pattersons auto body in Maynard without any issues or rudeness
