This is the third time Adrienne has represented me in a real estate transaction, which says more than I could put into mere words. Her knowledge of the ins and outs of the market is second to none, and her professionalism is rivaled only by her good humor, patience, and warmth. I only hope that when it comes time to sell my current home that I will be able to rely on her expertise again!

Adrienne handled the sale of our Northampton home and the purchase of our new home. Most impressive was her understanding of the current market. She was masterful in launching our listing at the height of the season and navigated interest and offers with skill. We sold our home for far more than any neighboring homes have ever sold. She was an amazing source of information as we searched for a new home. No matter how far into the hill towns we chose to search, she not only happily showed us homes but knew the area well. I've sold and bought several homes and these transactions with Adrienne have been both professional and a pleasure. Most notable is her positive nature which really focused us as buyers in a market where you can expect to try for several homes before succeeding. Well done!

We recently worked with Alexis Noyes to purchase our first home, and she was such a wonderful partner in the process. She was always responsive to our many questions, was so kind and patient in reminding us of all the steps we needed to take, and never made us feel bad about anything we didn't know or were concerned about. While we began our home search process expecting lots of stress and frustration, Alexis made everything go as smoothly as we could have possibly hoped. Working with Chrissy Neithercott was such a pleasure! As first-time homebuyers we needed a realtor who would really be there for us and be able to guide us through the process of finding the perfect home. Chrissy was so patient with us, and was always thinking with our best interest in mind. With the market so hot in early 2021 we started losing some hope, but Chrissy always stayed positive and we finally found the perfect home for us in Easthampton! I've worked with Julie Held over a number of years both buying and selling my homes. She's extremely patient, professional and has a wealth of inside knowledge about the market and neighborhoods. Moreover, Julie makes what can be a stressful process easy, and often fun. I never felt pushed to accept something I didn't like about a property, as I had felt in my work with previous agents. Julie stayed positive as we moved on to the next property.And on the selling side, Julie was amazing: she handled everything smoothly and efficiently, from the open house for agents to the detail work of meeting the buyers requests for fixes, and then finding people to help up pack up and move.I wouldn't think of making a move ( property-wise) without her!!!

As a first time home buyer, purchasing a home can be a daunting experience. The realtors at Maple and Main were patient with my (many!) questions, thorough and efficient. They provided support and guidance throughout the process and helped set expectations regarding timing of the closing, home inspections, etc. Their prompt and clear communication made purchasing our first home a stress-free experience.
