Heritage Theaters is a nice, large, and clean theater. It is also described as small and quaint. The seating is comfortable and not bad, though some note it is less comfy than newer recliners elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is often not busy, providing a quiet experience without long lines. The sound is okay, but advertisements are loud and hearing assistance products are sub-par. The popcorn is warm and not stale. A negative point is that the theater has been abruptly shut down at closing, leaving guests in the dark.
On a Saturday night my children and I pretty much had the theater to ourselves. There was only one other family there. It is a small quaint little theater. The sound was ok. Seating was not bad. Popcorn was warm and not stale. Clean to the eye. It was nice not having to waite in long lines.

Movie ended around 10:00 pm. It was the last one of the day. The movie was shut off before the final credits had finished. All lights in the theatre were turned off, leaving us to navigate from our seats to the door in pitch black.

Very, very quiet on a Saturday. A little pricey, but the staff was very nice!
