“I just tried to call the post office in Forestdale, MA as I had previously requested that our date of change of address be changed from 79 Circle Drive, Port Orange, FL 32127 to P.O.Box 123, asking that it be changed from April to June 1st as we are staying at our FL addess until June 1st because of the virus situation but it appears that the mail is not being forwarded to FL from MA. Therefore I am requestingonce again that the mail continue to be forwarded to FL until June 1st. Please do send any mail sent to Forestdale MA be sent to our FL address until June 1st. Thank you. “OK, I have to shout out this little pack and ship store because they were awesome. Walked in with a random assortment of stuff I needed to ship and had zero idea how to pack it properly and Andy just took over and sorted it out – good boxes, solid padding, no stress.
Pricing was straightforward, too, no weird add-on fees, sprung onto me at checkout and everything showed up exactly where it needed to go in one piece, right on time.
Honestly, it’s the little things – Andy was friendly, quick and clearly knew what he was doing. If you need to ship something and don’t want to overthink it just go here. Would 100% use them again.”
“I have to go in there from time to time to drop off packages. They seem to provide fine customer service. Scan my package give me a receipt immediately. I am on my way. I hear from friends and acquaintances that this UPS Store are VERY good at packing up things that do not fit in square or rectangular boxing to ship, and also framed art so it gets to destination unharmed.”
“I had the best experience at this post office! The gentleman who helped me weigh my wedding invitations to determine postage was incredibly kind and attentive. When I returned with the stamped invites (one minute after they officially closed), he went above and beyond by hand-stamping each one, THAT DAY. “We had a large number of Certified Mail envelopes to be processed on a Saturday morning, where the Teaticket location was only open for 3 hours; we hadn’t had an opportunity to make pre-arrangements for the lengthy processing time involved. The envelopes were processed willingly and efficiently, while the staff member was able to multi-task, handing out mail to regulars on a first-name basis, and handling other routine transactions. Very impressive! This will be our go-to Falmouth post office in the future!”

“Howie rulez. I feel so bad I accidentally said I didn't fill out the change of address form but 100 percent I did. I filled it out right on the counter and forgot my ID. Felt bad I could tell me saying that to the other employee was not good I felt uncomfy there in the moment and couldn't remember.”
“We went into this post office to get stamps for wedding invitations. We arrived 10min before the office was supposed to close. The front worker and postmaster stayed well after closing to help us. They were both very kind. Best service we’ve received on the Cape!”

“I had a quick and helpful experience, I’ve sent out a limited amount of mail and I didn’t have a shipping label (spoiler, staples!!!) The lady that helped me with my roll of stamps talked to me like I stole her man, so save your questions for google. other than that exchange, highly recommend this facility!”
“I've had mixed experiences here. I wouldn't say counter staff are rude but can be curt and abrupt. I have also had short friendly exchanges with the staff. As far as mailing stuff, picking up packages and other postal concerns, I haven't had any problems. I like this post office cause it is close to me and it may be short staffed but it is still efficient and my important mail gets to where it needs to go.”

“I have never in my life had a good experience at the post office until the moment I walked into the Sagamore Beach Main Post Office today. There was a blonde lady that had the most cheery attitude and was cracking jokes about the scratch and sniff stamps that are rolling out next week. She made my day and literally took my package with a big smile on her face. So great.”
“We needed to return 2 separate items to Amazon (12/28/25). Started the return process with Amazon and got the QR codes. Dropped both packages off at the store.Thinking both were scanned and all was good we left the store.
After reviewing the Amazon account today we noticed 1 was processed and a credit was issued while the other was still pending.
Visited the store today and the associate was able to scan the codes again.
All is good. Amazon account was credited this afternoon.

“I had bought a painting from Marion Auctions and Qwik Pack and Ship sent it to me via Fedex. It was a valuable item and about 30 x 10 inches. The packing was outstanding, bubble wrap inside a box inside a wooden crate. Of course it's expensive to ship fine art but these guys know what they're doing and communication was excellent and friendly. Recommended.”
