It was our first time staying here. We were visiting for a game at Gillette Stadium so it was very convenient and close, easy to get to everything. The service was great, everyone was very nice and the rooms were a good size! Our complaint is that it was SO LOUD. The walls seemed paper thin, we were woken up both mornings by people in the bar shouting and vacuums going in the hallway. Housekeepers were very noisy and we found it difficult to get sleep with them in the hallway so early.
It’s wonderful they offer breakfast until 10:30 am, but at 9:45 they were completely out of coffee and orange juice.
We were there for more than 1 night so we figured our room would have been cleaned. We came back after the game and there were fresh towels but nothing else was done. Bed was not made and it was not cleaned at all. Our last morning we were sleeping and a housekeeper knocked numerous times to clean the room.. this was at 8:30 in the morning and again at 9. We were trying to sleep in, as checkout wasn’t until 11. We kept sleeping and then she used her room key to open our door. Luckily the door stop was up so she couldn’t open the door all the way. That was definitely unpleasant. Otherwise good stay, great location, pleasant staff and good sized room. We loved that there was a bar there!

We chose this hotel because it’s far enough outside Boston to escape the hotel cost inflation that affects the rest of the town.
The secret is to stay here and take the train in, which also avoids Boston’s gridlocked traffic.
The train itself is a secret: none of our cab drivers knew that Foxboro has a station, and when they went looking for it, they couldn’t find it. (If you need to know, it’s on the far side of the sports station car park, through a foot tunnel, hidden behind the trees.) The fare is cheap but there’s nowhere to buy a ticket; you have to do it online.
The Best Value Inn is not like a motel: you can’t deliver your bags straight to the door of your room, you have to go in through reception and then carry them down the hallway. We hoped they would have a trolley, but they didn’t.
There’s a basic bar/restaurant serving food. Unfortunately all the chairs are high bar stools, which we find uncomfortable; a mix of high and low would be better. The same place serves breakfast, which is free: you get hot eggs, sausages and potato, cereal, toast and coffee. As it’s free I won’t complain, even about the cardboard plates.
A peculiarity of the room is that there were absolutely no bedside lights. You have a choice between full lighting or darkness, and you’ll have to get out of bed and use the wall switch.
On the day we left, we had to clear the room, then go down the road to a motorcycle shop, pick up a couple of rental bikes, then bring them back to the hotel to load up. The receptionist was very helpful, and understood the need to stash our bags in a safe place for a couple of hours after we’d checked out; well done that man.
To sum up, it’s good value for the Boston area, the restaurant isn’t very comfortable, and you don’t get any bedside lights. But it worked for us.
Nearby activities: Big sports stadium, trains into Boston
Walkability: Not much to walk to, get a cab
Food and drinks: Breakfast is hot and free

I was really impressed with this hotel. It seems to be fairly recently remodel, rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was really good! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

What a pleasant surprise. We needed a place to stay on our travels and this was one of the cheapest in the area. I was expecting to get what I paid for, so not much. They obviously redecorated sometimes in the last few years. Nice looking clean rooms and bathrooms. There's a bar and grill in the hotel. They offer free breakfast and while I haven't eaten it yet it looks like it's going to be a full hot breakfast. The workers I have encountered (front desk, bar tender) were friendly. Oh yeah. I'd come back here.

Rooms: There are no table lamps in the rooms, so it is not possible to turn off the lights without getting out of bed. One of the two sinks in the bathroom is leaking. There is no elevator to the second floor; you have to carry heavy things up the stairs.

I reserved this place thinking it was 30+ from the airport, it was 30+ MILES, 45 Minutes drive from Boston. Great place with a nice restaurant indoors and next door "Lafayette" French cuisine. Love it.
Rooms: Super clean, toiletries included,(great when you forget your own shampoo).
Safety: Very safe.
Food and drinks: They have a restaurant indoors with a variety of dishes for all tastes.

It was nothing fancy the room was actually pretty clean compared to some of I’ve seen the restaurant they have inside is not the best in the world but it’s more food. I would stay again. it’s close to the Gillette Stadium. I take about a mile. You could walk it if you wanted to.

Such an accommodating business. I had booked a room for a local event that didn’t offer refunds. It was a huge event, so I understand why refunds weren’t being offered. Unfortunately, something came up that prevented me from being able to attend the event and stay at the hotel, so I canceled and sent a message about the circumstance and they refunded my money. This is exactly the Establishment we should all want to do business with. Every time I go to Foxboro in the future, I’ll be sure to stay at America’s Best Value Inn.

Good hotel for a night as a stopover, the room is spacious, the corridors are old and there is no one living all year round and workers. I assume that to you. Breakfast OK. High price for the service.
