Dishonest technicians. Had them perform diagnostics on my car and they failed to report what they saw during the diagnostic with me visually present. Myself and both technicians saw what took place and even made side comments about it, but was never reported to the vendor in the diagnostics inspection. Complaints have already been filed, but I would not recommend the shop. Allen at the front desk and his technician with the gray hair were both responsible

Highly recommend this towing company. Wit, wisdom, and a fantastic tow that appeared in less than 20 minutes. Imagine? Yes, Central Garage in Foxboro has a driver that has been there 40 years and I felt honored to speak with him given his life experience. I told him what was wrong with the car and like a genius AI chatbot, he told me when rattling in Park and no drive most likely axle not the transmission. Told me a great transmission place near by and towed my car there. I had it fixed there and they were excellent as he said. See my review for Ron's garage. Rude, unprofessional, and incapable of taking care of services requested. A big disappointment in this garage and its customer service. It's almost as if the business was irritated I called for their service...or they just understand they can get away with treating people this way. Who knows, but I DO NOT recommend.

I would not recommend taking your vehicle there he is the biggest ripoff.I know someone who dropped off there vehicle to have some work done to it it sat for a week and they did nothing to it and they changed them storage fee and got them I someone get the vehicle out of there and they took off license plate sticker I would never bring a vehicle there the plus they drined the battery dead the owner is a complete ashore please don't do any business with themService: Auto maintenance

Too bad I have to give 1 star because I'd give zero if I could. Just miserable. Insisted I pay by cash but "Did me a favor" for accepting credit card. Could have been more friendly and considerate but chose to go the way of nasty instead.Update - The owner contacted me and was very pleasant and apologized for the poor service.

My 62 year old friend got his car towed to this garage because of a engine malfunction,he then asked the tech if they were interested in taking care of the problem for him and they did ...with a quote of $5,500 just to replace a engine in a 2005 Toyota Camry,,, PEOPLE a big rippppp off The engine cost is between $1,200-$1,500 and the labor everywhere else but here is between 600-1,000 tell me why do I have to pay $4000 for labor at Central Street Garage...

I was driving back from Cape Cod to Vermont, having pumped up a pancake-flat tire when I left. About 2 hours into my journey, thinking I had finally cleared the hellish carcrashes & thunderstorms . . . the tire light came on. I exited 495 & by blind luck found Central St. Garage after just a couple of miles. In about 15 minutes they'd put the car on the lift, removed the nail from the tire, plugged the leak, & sent me on my way for $26. My trusted mechanic in Vermont confirmed that all was well with the tire, & it's held air just fine for 2 months. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Central Street Garage!Service: Tyres
