  Arrived at 1:25pm to make a check deposit. Was told by a banker that the teller is on break and won’t be back for 30 minutes, I asked if she was able to help with a simple deposit and she said No I am a banker. Thanks citizens bank!

  I was at citizens a couple days ago because someone had scammed me 400 dollars out of my account and Kristyn B helped me out by filing a claim for the first time to reclaim what was lost, hopefully the claim goes through soon so i can get back what was stolen.

  I was at Citizens in Foxboro at 4 Cocasset around 11:30-11:45 today, and all three women working there were immensely wonderful. Their help and kindness far exceeded what they are required to do, and what I expected. Thank you ladies, for your compassion.
