Debbie, you went above and BEYOND! The white confetti strawberries are my fav and the kids LOVED the special smileys.This location is our go-to and we've always had the best experience. Thank you for making our anniversaries, birthdays and special celebrations that much more special.

I went to the one in Foxboro. The woman was great!! Very pleasant, didn’t try to upsell me at all. I even accidentally gave them the wrong address, and they called the recipient, and still delivered it to the right place. I couldn’t be happier.

Deb at the foxboro Ma. location is always so helpful. Went over several options for a fruit arrangement within my budget. I also got my mom a small box of chocolate dipped assorted fruits. As always , fresh and delicious.

I placed an order for pick up on 12/21 but to my surprise the order seemed like it was made when I ordered it rather than closer to the pick up date. I’m very disappointed as when I opened it on 12/21 the greens were dull and dry and the strawberries were sitting in their juices. I have ordered and received many edible arrangements over the years but I will never order again. Very disappointed

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's birthday. I arranged for delivery. I was not made aware of the delivery charge or the service fee totaling $22.00. I would have picked it up, otherwise. The product was good and my daughter was happy. Next time, I will ask about the fees before ordering.

Great customer service! I ordered an arrangement for my nephew's birthday. They delivered the wrong item. When I called the store, they immediately arranged to deliver a correct item to make it right and added another nice surprise!! It was truly a delightful gesture to make my nephew feel special!! Thank you!! I highly recommend your store!!

I had the Merry Christmas Platter delivered to my daughter's teachers yesterday and when they sent me a picture I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and upset. The tray of fruit LITERALLY looked like the fruit was just thrown all over it!!!! These people deserved something nice and I was so EMBARRASSED that this was their Christmas gift!!!

On incredibly short notice, I received word that I needed to have a birthday arrangement ordered and delivered. In a panic to make sure it would arrive on time (less than three hours) I called up Foxboro Edible Arrangements and spoke to a new trainee, Linda. Linda was so sweet and did all she could as a brand new associate to help quickly guide me through the process of ordering over the phone so we could make my tight deadline. Another associated, Debby, assisted in smoothing out any kinks in the order and finalizing everything. The call took a little longer than expected, which I understand as times are crazy, but "for my patience" Debby actually removed the shipping fee on the order! That generous gesture means a lot! What wonderful, fast, and efficient customer service! Thank you to both ladies for helping me pull off this order! Best of luck to Linda in the remainder of her training as well!

I'd like to start by saying avoid this location if you value good customer service!An order was placed on a Tuesday for next day delivery but the delivery didn't happen. We contacted the location and spoke to a gentleman who mentioned they were unable to deliver due to weather conditions which was a reasonable excuse but regardless that should've been communicated to us. We were reassured the delivery would go out the next day, Thursday.We called back on Thursday afternoon to reconfirm delivery and spoke to a terrible lady who was combative from the very beginning. She struggled to find our order and when she found it, mentioned we should've received the order yesterday which wasn't the case. She then proceeded to say it should now come in on Friday. This is now two days past the promised delivery date! She then proceeded to yell and curse at me for complaining about the poor service received and she hung up the phone.I will never patronize this location again and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

Don't order from them or if you do, have a camera set up.The delivery driver damaged our property and ignored my emails requesting communication so I had to reach out to the corporate office. The store then refused to take responsibility, and when I stopped by the location at the suggestion of the corporate office I was screamed at by a very defensive and aggressive woman named Nancy. She refused to listen to logic, believe the photos we had, or accept fault.I would take your business elsewhere.
