Not a great shop. Not very knowledgeable. I had the part number from the OFFICIAL traxxas website, called to ask if they had it and was told it doesn’t exist. 🤦♀️ called a different store and they were very knowledgeable and sure enough the part number I had was in fact an existing part and they were able to find it for me.

Don’t recommend! As someone who is new to the hobby I didn’t know much. I was given the wrong advice on multiple occasions. I made an upgrade and was not instructed to update other parts with it as well to prevent issues such as the ones I IMMEDIATELY ran into. Bought a BRAND NEW RC car and It didn’t make it 30mins before the dif broke. I was given parts to buy to fix a car and the parts DONT EVEN FIX my car. It’s for a completely different car. Not very knowledgeable.

Don’t recommend! I was told the wrong part of the car was broken. They said the front dif had a problem, turns out it was the rear. After i bought all the parts to fix the front dif i brought it to someone to fix it and put the new parts in and they told me it was the rear. So i bought the parts for nothing and still had a broken car.

Was in here to buy my first rc car drove fine showed up the next day to convert my jato 2s to a 4s and didn’t tell me abt all the things I would need to get it going properly. Brand new to the hobby and didn’t recommend anything to me. now dealing with changing multiple parts from plastic to an upgraded one. After I lost 4wd I brought it to them they said it was the front dif. Come to find out the front dif was completely fine and it was a broken rear axle. They do not explain their diagnosis or any recommendations for parts. Rewards system isn’t very good. Also just bought a Kraton 6s from them and not even 30 min later both the front and rear dif blew. No suggestions of going to a thicker dif fluid to prevent this. had to go to another hobby shop to get it diagnosed.

Hobby quarters is a joke. We have been trying to help a kid fix his car all weekend after hobby quarters gave a bad diagnosis sold him a bunch of crap he didn't need but didn't sell him the upgrades they should have when they upgraded his truck to a vxl. And then to call with part numbers from Traxxas to be told they don't make the parts being asked for when they are for sale on traxxas site. If you don't have it in stock or you are just that clueless then say so. Don't make crap up. That store really needs to reassess who they have working there and get some people who actually know RC because at this point I know 9 and 10 year old who know more. Do not ask them for advise or help fixing your car. Go to any other hobby shop for that.

This place was great filled with options of cars, planes, trains, and more. Wonderful decor but I wish I wasn't constantly asked on if I wanted to get certain expensive items. 4/5

Should take the word trains off the listing.
Doesn't have much and staff have little to no experience in model railroading selection is extremely poor .
Don't bother with this place if railroads are your bag .

Tons of products, I love how all models are out on display. Not the friendliest staff.

On my first visit, the staff was really helpful in helping me choose some entry-level remote-control cars. They took the time to respond to inquiries and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each kind. The prices matched those of any internet vendor. Would unquestionably advise.

No one asked me if I needed help. Would have been happy to get some parts for my kids' trucks. It's not near me, so I probably won't waste time going back. Too bad, online it looked like a cool shop...

Bad experience for me! I have no plans on going back to this place! I don't like to post a bad review! If they work on your rc and the job wasn't done correctly they get mad at you for questioning anything! They may be busy now but treating people the way they do when things don't go their way will catch up with them eventually!!!
