“Convenient location, really clean laundromat. The staff are really friendly. Haven't used a laundromat in years. I can't believe how much more expensive it is. Used to be able to do your wash for 10 bucks a week, now you're lucky if you spend 20. One thing I'm not crazy about is that half the machines are coin-operated, and half you need a laundry card, so depends on who's using what .. sometimes you'll have money on the card but can't use it , or you'll have quarters that you can't use because people are using those machines... would be better if all the machines were either coin operated or laundry card operated. Just my opinion ?”

From simple hems on pants to complicated alterations on formal attire, Choi can do it all! Their dry cleaning services are impeccable and they are very accommodating when I have needed an item quickly. They even do quilts and bedspreads! I highly recommend Norwall Cleaners (right next to Bertucci's on Rte. 1 in Norwood) for all your tailoring and dry cleaning needs.”

“DO NOT WASH DOG BEDS HERE! They have a sign posted towards the back of the place, but I did not see that until I already started one. By then it was too late and the washer was locked. I just had to watch the bed fall apart and feel stupid. I took off one star for the poor placement of the sign. I gave it the other 4 for being clean and the woman working there (likely the owner) was very busy tidying up the whole time. She definitely gave me the stink eye the whole time I was there. I suppose I deserve it. SMH”

I had went to tailor that was closer to me and the man didn't even try to see if he could fix it... he said just buy a new shirt which clearly is not an option so I decided to come back to JV even though is little bit further of the drive. He said he wasn't sure id he could fix it but he will try that I should come back the next day. I wasn't able till Monday and he said come back then. I came back and it was fixed. I am so happy to find a tailor that cares and really tries his best to fix the clothes you bring in. I am sooo very happy. I will not deviate anymore. If I need any tailor work I will most definitely come to them.
