Extremely rude. I can't stress that enough. The man answered the phone and was instantly rude. I asked about the fees so I knew whether or not I would consider moving there. Obviously not now. He asked what kind of fees I was inquiring about. I said both rental and lot fees. He ignored me and asked how old I was. I told him and he told me I was too young and hung up. Not worth your time or headache.

If you want to live where the owners have no respect for the tenants this is your place. Folks are regularly threatened by the manager with eviction for things like not parking your car just right or choosing not to answer your door. I am very close to bringing suit to these folks for harassment of a relative there.
