Horrible I’ve come here three times each time it’s a disaster missed my veins like five times they don’t know how to draw blood the girl with the dirty blonde hair in a bun is absolutely miserable I got there at 702 two minutes after they open and was informed I would be waiting five hours another time I came for a drug screen for my employer and they made me wait hours no customer service slow moving and absolutely horrible go to walnut street quest in foxboro they know what good customer service is don’t waste your time with these jerks!

Heather and Barbara always make me feel easy while drawing blood. They are very efficient and professional.It is a very clean and organized place.

Have been many times and have always has Great friendly staff at the Foxboro location. Very easy to check in through app ahead of time right on my phone. Highly recommend.

My mom is elderly and I made the appt at the other location. So get her back in the car and another location wouldn't have been the easiest. Thank God there was an appointment there and she took my mom right in. Also it's hard to find a vein she got it on the first try.

Make sure you make your real appointment an hour earlier before your actual intended appointment. Place is chronically late for appointments and will randomly shut down for no reason without notice

They are nice and helpful but have no experience to deal with babies. Don’t recommended for babies and infants.

Went for blood test early February, 2024. They did not send the results to the doctor. I only found out from the Dr's office a month later. There is no way of reaching a live person either by phone or in their office. The only way to reach a live person is through an appt. For a blood test. Lousy Service! Do not use them. I would give them no stars but you have to give at least one

They are perfectly happy over scheduling their time slots and making patients (customers) wait and waste their time, while the under staffed employees get the wrath of pissed off patients. Wildly inefficient process. Why did I set an appointment? Why am I doing all their paperwork online, only to have to give it to them all the sane information again when i get here?
