Rodman Ford is hands down the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a truck here October 2025, and I regret it completely. I thought a Ford dealership would know what they’re doing because of their name. However, this place operates like they’ve never heard of professionalism, honesty, or basic customer service.
Some insight on my personal experience.....During the test drive the truck made a noise, and the salesperson promised it would be taken care of....It wasn’t. The noise came right back after just 1 week. So I contacted the dealership again.
I dropped the truck off to be fixed. When they said they had a “loaner,” for me, it was really just a beat-up truck with 260,000 miles on it , with what seemed like someones personal belongings all over. Waited a week, also informed them that my driver’s seat, was supposed to have heat and cooling that needed to be fixed. After picking up, still did not work. Few days later my air bag light popped up.
I was told they replaced the torque converter. But when I requested the service report, it showed only a transmission fluid flushed. So either someone lied, or someone has no idea what’s happening in their own service department. Both are unacceptable.
Then there’s the registration mess. They handled all the RMV paperwork and somehow gave me commercial plates, even though I don’t own a business. And guess what their response was “nothing they could do to fix it .” The weight they put on my registration doesn’t even match the weight on the truck’s tag, which per the RMV I can’t get a sticker.
This dealership is disorganized, careless, and absolutely unprofessional from start to finish. I would never recommend Rodman Ford to anyone. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the money.

very untrustworthy dealership. Sold a truck to me that was covered in spray detail garbage to hide giant scratches and disgusting paint defects. Truck then needed service as it was having issues with sensors and i had to walk in circles to even get them to take me serious. Joke of a dealer

😤 Zero Post-Sale Service and Disrespectful Staff - Missing Keys for 2+ Months.
My experience with this dealership has been absolutely awful since I completed the purchase of a new 2024 Ford F-250.
While the truck was delivery late, (not the day there were supposed), they failed to provide the second set of keys/key fob. It has now been over two months, and despite leaving several messages, I have received zero follow-up or commitment to resolve this basic issue. The complete silence and lack of communication are unacceptable for a new vehicle purchase.
Salesperson Behavior
Compounding the problem, the salesperson, Bruce, became incredibly rude and disrespectful immediately after he received the cashier's check for the full purchase amount. His attitude shifted entirely, demonstrating that his priority was the sale, not the customer. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and inexcusable.
Summary of Failure
- Failure to Deliver: Missing essential second set of keys for over 60 days.
- Failure to Communicate: Zero returned calls despite multiple messages left for management and service.
- Poor Staff Conduct: Salesperson Bruce was rude and disrespectful after the sale was finalized.
I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership. Once they have your money, they clearly demonstrate a profound disregard for customer security and service. I paid for a complete truck and expect a complete set of keys. Do not trust them to honor their post-sale commitments.
