This was absolutely one of my best pedicures ever. Every detail was attended to and every employee was either working with customers or maintaining the cleanliness of the shop. The foot and leg massage relieved every bit of stress. I will return every time I am in Boston and would recommend Do Nails & Spa to everyone!

Pick a different Salon!
Staff need training in kindness and customer service. I had an unfortunate experience at Do salon on 8/23/24, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of the employees, a man, who woulld not give me his name.
During my visit, I was extremely disappointed by his unprofessional behavior. He exhibited an aggressive temper and made several rude comments throughout the service. In addition, he laughed at other customers, which I found to be highly inappropriate and disrespectful.
To make matters worse, my pedicure was rushed and completed in just 15 minutes. When I declined the more expensive pedicure option that he was pushing me to choose, he became visibly upset and continued to behave unprofessionally. This left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the overall experience.
I believe this incident does not reflect the standard of service a nail salon should strive to deliver. For the owner, I kindly request that you address this issue with the male technician involved to ensure that future customers do not have to experience the same unprofessional behavior.

I want here when I was on a trip. I have to say the best pedicure I ever had.
There were several options and I chose the $85 pedi. The massage was intense and worth every dollar. Andy was great.
I would recommend to everyone.

this is the first time i have ever written a google review about a place ESPECIALLY a nail salon and let me tell you they do not disappoint! i’ve been there three times now and i can assure you that they will now be my go to nail salon. the atmosphere is amazing! so soothing and calming & the staff are so friendly. every time i come in i like to something different to my nails. whenever i bring a picture on pinterest of how i want my nails done they are not only welcoming about it but they make sure you leave satisfied with your nails which makes me so happy especially with past experiences at other nail salons. for the price i feel as though i definitely get my moneys worth. i mean who is going to give you a gel x fill with designs on every finger, back massage, and hand mask with another hand massage, and make sure you leave happy with your nails no matter what for 80$ (that’s with the base price being $65 coming in for a three week fill)??? and that retention!!! my nails after my set were healthy and strong not to mention THE SAME LENGTH AS MY NAIL EXTENSIONS!!! i’m so serious this place is the real deal. i’m so glad i found this place and it’s so close to my home. i wish i could post pictures this place is just phenomenal!

I absolutely love this salon. It’s very clean, well trained and personable staff, just an overall wonderful spa experience. I am a regular and look forward to seeing the staff each visit. Chloe and Kevin who are usually at the front desk/greeting are very friendly and professional. I always get my nails done by Tracy, and sometimes Kylie- both are highly recommended. I am currently pregnant, since I told Tracy she’s been extra gentle and courteous, even helps me get up and always checks in to make sure I am comfortable. She is very talented at both the nails and massage aspect, I have never not loved a nail set of hers. Seeing her is like seeing a friend, her kind energy always makes me want to come back to see her!
I usually bring a water with me but love that they offer the mini waters to everyone in case I forget mine at home. They go above and beyond to create a hospitable environment, ex. providing relaxing music, cute shows to watch, and such a positive atmosphere.
I always leave feeling relaxed, my skin so smooth, and truly pampered.
I usually get the white tea smoothie pedicure & gel manicure, fyi.
The only thing I would say is to make sure you book an apt ahead of time., because they can get quite busy.

By far the best nail salon in town! Everyone is so kind, so talented, and their services are unmatched. Every service includes a warm towel massage on your back for several minutes which is such a lovely added treat. They have a fabulous selection of colors and are always knowledgeable in the latest nail trends. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at Do Nails & Spa yesterday. They had no power due to the recent storms but had their generator set up in anticipation of my appointment. I got a gel manicure and my nails look beautiful. Joanna (my nail tech) was super attentive to my preferences and also gave me a shoulder massage while my previous gel set was soaking. I will absolutely be back and would recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for great service!
