Wish it could be zero stars. I was once a customer of TD for both a personal and business account. However I am no longer.
But today I went here, waited in like for 10 minutes simply to get two rolls of quarters. Apparently if you are not a customer they can’t even make change for you.
So just wanted to let everyone know if you’re not a customer, not to waste your time. Seems petty, but I find it pretty dumb. Maybe if you allowed non-members to get change, they’d come back again and again and you’d have more chances to make them a customer. Maybe I’ll make a sign and post it up for others, “won’t let us screw you? Then you can’t get change here”

I requested that a subscription not be renewed. I was told to contact the company. After 2 hours on the phone with a guy in India attempting to get my refund, I still do nIt have it resolved. So many stumbling blocks made it impossible.

nice tellers but asst manager was rude and didn't know the answer so made something up I asked to speak to manager was told she would call me but never did. Its nice that they are open sundays etc but the customer service experience here is awful and negates the positive

Yes the bank is clean and the tellers are nice but here was my problem. Got a check for $1700. It's a regular thing and is normally deposited at this bank with the funds available the next morning. This weekend the schedule was tight so we just did the extremely convenient mobile deposit. Figured the money would be in the account Monday or Tue. Nope TD has a hold on it. Went to the bank and was told by the finance manager, not the branch manager and I will get to her later, that it's a fraud hold because of the large amount. I said I get it, been through this before and please ask the manager to do me a favor and call the issuing bank, verify and release the funds. He said he asked her and she said they dont do it. In fact he continues they cannot do it. Neither he or she can call the issuing bank and request verification as that is not an approved policy. He says, and here is where the BS gets thick, that there is no central clearing house to verify checks and that in fact its illegal to call another bank for info on an account! I said that is not true. That at my branch in FLA they have indeed made a call, got verification and subsequently released my funds. He says they are doing something illegal. I was polite, said they never would do anything thats not OK and I held my tongue and did not call him bad names LOL but was really pissed when I hung up with this idiot. Ya Ya I get it that anyone can do a mobile deposit with any old check and there probably is a higher percentage of frauds with mobile but the issuing party said it cleared from her account on Monday. We have been depositing a check from $1300 to $1700 from her for a couple of years now every month like clockwork without a problem so that should have weight. I then called the main corporate number and was told that indeed the manager can release the funds if she wants to as it's totally legal and it's up to her. She can call the issuing bank and verify the funds and sign off on it. So then I called the branch back and asked for the manager. I was told she was busy and that I would get a call back. Never happened. Its 2:30 now next day. So she's no good and this assistant manager the finance guy that told me its illegal should be reprimanded for lying to a customer. Thankfully the branch in the next town over upon my call promptly verified the check as good and released the money into my account. We are most likely pulling out of Foxboro and will drive a few minutes more to go to the Mansfield branch or just bank at one of the several closer banks to my house. I will check the Yelp reviews for positive customer service experiences. Either way rant over.

I have a personal and business account. They forced me to download a new app in order to make my mobile deposit. The new app won't work. I spent over 90 minutes on hold (2 calls attempted) they never picked up. FYI on both calls I was advised the wait would be 2 to 6 minutes. I will have a new bank by tomorrow!!!

I'm not sure why the previous review is so negative, as I found this bank branch to be easily accessible, clean, and well staffed with friendly and professional employees. I don't have much to say other than it seems like a nice bank, and if I was in the area again, I would not hesitate in stopping by.

I will start this review by saying that almost all of the tellers at every TD Bank I have worked with were great. The hours of the bank are very convenient too. I am giving this branch 1 star because of an incident that happened with the manager (Daniel Knapp) that really turned me off to this bank and ultimately led me to take my account elsewhere. I felt he was very unprofessional, argumentative, and did not give me the proper respect I deserved as a long time bank customer.
