It took a few hours to have them get insurance squared away and plates transferred. Staff were more interested in talking about themselves and their medical issues than providing services

I was surprised to see something like AAA office having such a high rating, but honestly it was very good! Clean comfortable space with competent and friendly employees. What more can one ask for?
