Just purchased a car here. Sent an ACH. They had my money the next business day. They will not release the car for 5 days after they get funds. Absolutely horrible customer service. Probably won't ever buy here again. Terrible experience.

All three times I came to pick up cars at this place, the GPS locations were never accurate. I had to walk a lot to find the cars and could never locate them easily, and the security staff doesn’t really make an effort to help.

Bad service If your dealer whom you purchased the car through run out of business you will get all troubles
Better to keep individuals to start business than this bad dealers
I bought a car from them through a registered dealer once I purchased the car the dealer went out of business and not respond to my phone calls to reassign the title to my name
I paid all the money I cannot sell I cannot register in RMV and the car in my driveway no use!
I asked them to return the car, because I cannot sell any more, they refuse
No one help things out of my hand
The process what they are doing is a chaos they are working by a mind of used hardware not in sense of human rights!
As time is changed,
If they want to succeed they have to protect customers and working out of their closed box since how many years working on and people get lost by the following:
1-Bid from both Individuals and Dealers separately
2- They have to make joint venture with RMV to get clearance away from dealers issues and title in the name of the buyer immediately

I bought this Honda Pilot from Carvana via Adesa Clear platform. Soon, I learned the vehicle can't pass state inspection due to catalytic converter issues. It's a shame to see reputable companies like Adesa and Carvana are selling TRASH. Shame!!!
P.S: Do not expect these people will accept returns from you mistake or not.

Warning Avoid!! Do not trust them even when buying vehicles. My truck was repossessed (my fault and I can’t choose who gets it for auction) Adesa received it in the condition it left my house, when I paid it off and picked it up drivers side view mirror housing was gone, drivers floor mat was gone, valid inspection sticker had been removed, and drivers side rear light assembly harness had been damaged leaving all the lights inoperable. They have pictures of receiving it working when shown the damage all they have to say is “we’re not responsible”. They do not know how to handle vehicles and are crooks.

Located in Framingham, great for a productive early spring transport pickup. At this New England Adesa auto auction, I acquired two vehicles: a Subaru in reliable condition and a Toyota Hybrid requiring some mechanical work. I am grateful for efficient transaction process I experienced off and onsite here. Although the location is a bit of a drive from the Boston Logan airport, its accessibility is manageable for any business traveler. I appreciate the professional customer service provided online, at the gate and over the phone.

Do not believe the grades & damage reports on the vehicles they will lie and tell you that a vehicle is good and drivable when it is clearly not the case, Vehicles are extremely overpriced.
