Horrible bank never use they hold your money when you need to transfer. Transactions above 100 dollars are won’t show up on your app for 24-48 hours and if the money is being sent online won’t send until this clears.

Horrendous customer service. These people live in the previous century. They don’t know how to do modern banking. You are stuck with paper checks, cash, and no other options to transfer your money. They are a terrible credit union and I would never use them for any serious business.Avoid at all costs. It’s not worth it.

I have become an AlignCU member in 2022 through a HEAT loan to get a new heating system. The loan was interest-free and it really helped me.BUT the communications and service of this CU are terrible! After becoming a member, I tried to pay off my loan by transferring money only to realize that it would not let me. The money bounced back to my account. I talked to them and, only in that conversation, they told me there was no way to pay off this loan except for personally going into the branch, taking out money from their ATM for a fee, and paying it in cash at the counter. They marked my account as delinquent with the credit institutions. Then they said I could do an online payment if I also had a bank account with them.I thought, well, if that makes my payment easier so be it. I opened a bank account but it took them a month. I never received a mail that told me that the account was open let alone a banking card (which you can only get if you get into the branch). Then, I wasn’t able to log into my account. I talked with a person on the phone who just rudely asked me if I wasn’t able to enter my phone number correctly. I said no and wasn’t able to solve the issue.

Been banking here for 20+ years (NMTWCU days). The people here are wonderful! Very personable and attentive. When I had issues with getting automotive dealer paperwork, they were right there to help me through the car purchasing process... Godsend

I have been banking with Align for 30 years. I recently purchased a new car with a higher than favorable interest rate. I called Align, Sharon and Denise secured me a much better rate and turned around the paperwork in two days. They saved me over $2000!!Great service from a local bank!

I’ve never used a worst bank in my life. Their app and website are horrible. Their atms never work. I finally closed my account today after constantly having issues and I told the teller I needed the cash from my account. She gave me a check and I was like I literally told you I needed cash. Incompetent workers and horrible bank.

Very poor customer service. Very difficult to get issues resolved. Wish I never opened an account with them.

I hated this bank in Framingham one of the teller was always in a bad mood it was rare to see her in a good one. They punish you if you lose your debit card even if you are paying for a new one they threaten you to stop receiving debit services if lose it more then twice although you paying for a new one your self. when i lost mines this big lady that work there told the teller loudly so i can hear in an angry tone let her know if she loses it again we will not give her another one if she dosent likes it she can close her account. I in respond said to her your rude since she was speaking loud for me and ever body else can hear her. I dont care about the debit card it the way she was treating me and how she went about it so unprofessional. I waited a week so my direct deposit stopped and close my account the following week and went to dcu credit union where it worked out better I got my car refinanced and saving 200; Align not got anything offered but services to be suppended over petty things.

They have great customer service! It would be nice if two days a week they were open until 7 pm.

Credit Union policies translate to amenities at better rates than for-profit banks...they also have a "Credit Rebuilder Loan" for those who had to file for bankruptcy (post-divorce or otherwise)... Friendly people, coin counting machine is free on Fridays for members (any day for members age 55+), notary services, etc.
