Uncomfortable and Unprofessional Behavior from Bartender
I stayed at this hotel on August 10, 2025, as part of a group trip to Boston arranged by a tour company. After a long 7-hour bus ride, I went down to the lobby bar around 10:30 PM to have a cocktail alone and relax.
Unfortunately, the bartender — an older man appearing around 55–70 years old, with an Eastern European accent — behaved in an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional manner. After asking my age, marital status, and occupation, he began making repeated comments about wanting to be with a Chinese woman, describing it as his “fantasy.” The conversation kept turning sexual, which made me very uncomfortable.
When I was the only customer left in the bar, he continued making inappropriate remarks, including asking which room I was staying in, if I wanted to “invite” him, and suggesting “maybe you and I give a try.” I felt trapped because I hadn’t finished or paid for my drink yet.
After returning to my hotel room, I immediately called the front desk to explain what had happened. The front desk staff said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do, and suggested I speak to the manager in the morning. I am writing this review now and will bring it to the hotel manager tomorrow.
I have the receipt for my cocktail from that night. I don’t know the bartender’s name, but he was the only one working in the bar at that time. This experience was deeply embarrassing and left me feeling sexually harassed.
Please be aware, ladies — do not go to this bar alone.

Very very beautiful hotel. The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They have two restaurants inside the hotel and one right next to the hotel. The hotel also has a pool. The staff are very kind.

Location is pretty decent and staff friendly. It was very lively to the point of being loud/overwhelming with the amount of people in the lobby/bar areas in the evening. Our shower head was leaking really bad and the bathroom door didn't lock. The TV kept flickering/shutting off. There was kind of a weird smell to the whole place. I'm not sure if we would stay again.

First impression was wow very nice… not going to sugar coat it but some of the reviews had me second guessing my decision to stay here but I am happy with staying here very nice and clean… has a new feeling when you walk in. My only complaint if I had to complain would be the beds are soft but then again I sleep on a firm at home

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Wished the water pressure in the shower was stronger and wished we had more than one garbage bin. Could hear snoring in the room beside us but still slept well. Kids loved the pool table, lounge areas, gym, and swimming pool. Close to many restaurants and stores. Laundry room was convenient. Accommodating to extending our stay. Very satisfied.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past for business and have generally had positive experiences. However, my most recent visit was notably disappointing due to several service and cleanliness issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.
Upon check-in, I was assisted by the front desk agent, Rafael Arroyo. Unfortunately, the process took over an hour because he was uncertain how to handle my reservation. He repeatedly mentioned that his manager had not shown him what to do, which caused significant delay. During this time, I also observed a cockroach and excessive debris on the lobby floor, which contributed to an overall impression of poor maintenance.
Eventually, Rafael was able to complete the check-in process, but he informed me that my reservation only allowed for a hearing-impaired room. This was unexpected and confusing, as I had not selected such a room, nor had I been informed of any limitations tied to my rate.
Furthermore, the service issues continued during my stay. Despite leaving my room early in the morning (around 9:00 AM) and returning after 5:30 PM, I found that housekeeping had not serviced my room. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told a “Do Not Disturb” sign had been left on the door — a sign which the room did not even have. I was assured the matter would be addressed, but upon returning again around midnight, the room still had not been cleaned. The front desk agent apologized and mentioned that the General Manager Aziz and housekeeper Thais would follow up the next day, but no solution was offered in the moment.
Overall, I have observed a clear decline in service quality and cleanliness at this property compared to my previous visits. These issues have caused a great deal of inconvenience and reflect poorly on the management and upkeep of the hotel.

Imagine stripping the boring bits from a luxurious hotel: stinky carpet in the lobby, supercilious concierge and doorman with hand out, overpriced restaurants and fifty buck parking.
You’re left with quirky yet textbook convenient Aloft Framingham. We stayed not long after remodelling: polished concrete lobby, spotless room with everything required, good comp coffee with light meals available in the a.m.
The test was arriving June ‘25 to the same smiling, genuinely welcoming staff, gleaming gym, pool and windows; planters bursting with blooms, courtesy and a studied casualness requiring exemplary management. It’s like a well-dressed person; you can’t pick out a particular feature, the package is simply perfection.

Clean and modern, but the doors are so thin you can hear everything in the hallway. My advice is to post some signs 'quiet please' after 10pm. I slept with earplugs.

Hotel is very new, so everything was so clean and fresh, but I got a room in the back on 2nd floor, is was lot of noise from the parking lot, maybe some kids was partying at night? Also the ceiling had lot of walking sound from the 3 floor, is hard to fall asleep at night.
Overall is okay for short stay.
