Their goal is to sell as much as they possibly can. They will misinform you, lie to you about all fees and payments. Their customers service is horrible I used Tmobile for over 5 years and recently decided to switch to them because of a recent promotion. Once they get you there’s no way out. Never again!

They really need to hire more stuff. There only one person works. But four to five customers are waiting. I waited almost 40mins here but got "there is nothing that we can do." I wouldn't blame the guy who works there. Because he is so busy and never takes a break. But for customer experience, it is really bad. I will suggest,whoever is going to this store recently, just find another ATT store. This store is suffering labor shortage

She took all the time in the world to set up the old phone so we could delete everything set up. The new phone did a great job with the screen protector, really professional.

Staff in this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a bad experience in another store in the same street years ago and switched to this store. D’Ar tagnan was great the last time I was there a few weeks ago.

My encounter with AT&T Store has been nothing short of a nightmare. What started as a simple online order with an expected monthly bill of $95 turned into a series of frustrating events. The store employee, who should have checked my ID and completed the order, failed to properly process it charged me extra without proper notification. Consequently, my monthly bill skyrocketed to an astonishing $180, an exorbitant amount for the cheapest line and one phone.As soon as I got phone delivered suspecting an error, I reached out to another representative, who identified themselves as store manager Abdullah. After expressing my concerns, I decided to cancel the line and return the phone. Initially, Abdullah assured me that he had canceled the line and initiated the return process. He advised me to await a return label from the shipping carrier, and I agreed to pay only a restocking fee.However, neither the cancellation notice nor the return label arrived. With AT&T's two-week return policy in mind, I visited the store again after a few days, insisting on returning the phone in person. This time, in addition to the restocking fee, Abdullah requested an extra $40 for the usage of the line during the brief period I had it. Despite my frustration, I agreed and finally returned the phone, canceling the line.To my dismay, a couple of weeks later, I discovered a charge for the monthly bill on my card. Visiting the store once again, I expressed my serious dissatisfaction. After more than two hours spent in the store, Abdullah issued a partial refund. Despite my efforts and patience, I ended up paying $180 couple months later due to a collection notice for non-payment issued by AT&T.I had to visit this store 5 times within 20 days and spent hours each visit. Throughout my five visits within 20 days, I noticed that none of the employees, including the first one named Anthony, wore name badges. During my last visit, Abdullah informed me that "if it will make you feel better, Anthony will leave his job next week," implying acknowledgment of Anthony's fault. This experience highlights the store's significant issues with extra charges, inefficiency, and poor customer service.

Before coming to AT&T I went to 2 different phone companies and the customer service was horrible. When I walked in this location Abdullah was amazing & he gave me a great deal so I could get the new phone I wanted ☺️
