Jessica D the store rep was SO helpful! I have had issues with AT&T for 3 days at 2 different stores and customer services calls and Jessica was the most involved and personable rep that I have experienced. She’s great!

If you want to have good customer service, DON’T come here! I understand the store can be busy sometimes. I came to the store around 12:15 and waited for 30min to get someone to help me. However, the person told me to wait for one min cuz he gotta help another lady to just activate the phone. Apparently the lady came to the store after me and I thought the activation shouldn’t take that long since it’s just ONE minute activation. It turns out the activate took 20min! I waited in the store for 50min and got my questions answered in 2min. I’m so glad I’m moving away from AT&T. This kind of customer service doesn’t worth a penny.

Had a woman help me a while ago with my phone, was possibly one of the worst interactions I had stepping into a place of business. I took in my new and old phones since I needed to transfer my information and she told me I was stealing jobs away from people and I was wasting her time. She also barely knew how to transfer and almost made me spend 50$ extra dollars on a separate SIM card when one already was installed in the new phone. She then proceeded to watch videos on her phone in front of me while I waited. I cannot wait to switch to Verizon.

Jayden went above and beyond to help me after I had notified AT&T of my brother in law's passing at the end of July. The representative I spoke with said she created a case number and was sending me a return kit for an I Pad he never opened, but 2 weeks later nothing. I took a chance and went into a store after getting another bill for a month after he passed. Thank-you Jayden for all your help!!

We went in this morning to add a line to my account and buy a new phone for my daughter. There was only one person working and the waitlist was long. We ended up leaving after waiting for a while with no movement in the waitlist - the single employee in the store had been helping the same customer for over 30 minutes and there was another family in front of us. Decided to go with another carrier to get my daughter’s phone.
