The Agents are so friendly and are very knowledgeable than At&t Customer service and At&t Corporate store (Natick Mall). Corporate's AT&T store (Natick Mall) staff & management team should learn from THIS AT&T STORE (FRAMINGHAM LOCATION-50Worcester Rd).One day I landed in this store and they took 20minutes to finish my pre-paid to post-paid and with no surprises and its great relief for me. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful and would like to give all the credit to "Jeremey" who helped me in this process. Thank you so much for the help Jeremey.BTS:I am a customer who wanted to change from Pre-paid to Post-paid and you wont believe, I called the customer care and they took 4-5hours every time I call (5times) and they told me to reach out to the store, so that they can do it and so I reached the store ant they took 4hours every time and at the end was unsuccessful.

the employee of this store who has a beard and is white, he is rude and rude, Framingham is a city full of immigrants and it's okay that he doesn't understand our language but he could treat us better, we are paying for the company's services and We are treated with disregard in customer service as if we were rubbish just because we don't speak their language, second time going to the store and the same experience twice.

My husband and I came into the store and sat with an employee where we had the worst customer experience ever. This man was very aggressive in his delivery, slamming the poster with prices on the table in front of us, swearing, overall being rude and talking down to us. I was shocked I wanted to walk out right away but let him continue to explain the price options. This isn’t what Alexander Graham Bell would’ve wanted.

This company and people who work here are fraudsters! STAY AWAY FROM AT&T! We have been their customers for freaking 7 years and every time we renew our phones they promise “credit” WHICH NEVER APPLIES to your account until YOU HAVE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET EVERYTHING APPLIED. MANAGERS ARE USELESS they don’t know anything when you come back with questions. What’s the point of seating there then?? Last month 2 managers of this store defrauded multiple of their customers including us! Our bill went up x2 instead of promised $10 extra! PEOPLE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Next up and protection plan was added without my knowledge. They try really hard to sell you cell phone cover and glass protection. Will never return to this location (if/when they open)

Brandon and Jessica were absolutely fabulous!! I’ve been back 3x to upgrade phones, watches and a new phone for Mom. They make the transition to our new phones simple and they help with all of it!! Thank you!!!!

Jessica was amazing! She was super efficient and genuinely did everything she could to save us money, she made it about our best interest and not about just making another sale. Because of Jessica I’m so happy I switched over to AT&T!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Just had one of the best customer service experiences in years… working with Jessica the are Framingham store, she was able to resolve several complex phone related issues, she also reviewed our entire family account, restructured the plan and saved us $150 per month. She also gave me several recommendations for upgrades with considerable savings. 5 was the highest rating allowed…otherwise it would be a 10!
