did thorough research through Carvana, CarMax, and KBB for my trade-in value, factoring in the major scratches on my bumper and side panel. Every quote I received was in the $8,000–$9,000 range.
When I went to Automax in Framingham expecting something comparable, they came back with an insultingly low trade-in offer of just $3,500.
To make matters worse, the salesperson was extremely pushy and continued trying to pressure me into monthly payments well above the budget I had clearly stated.

I bought a used Alfa Romeo Stelvio recently and had a GREAT experience with salesperson/Marvin Roblero!
Marvin noticed a tire issue and AutoMax put (4) new tires on the car before I picked it up.
Once I had the car, I discovered a few issues - the driver's seatbelt was twisted, the R sideview mirror didn't adjust properly, the driver door handle's passive entry didn't work - minor issues with interim workarounds. AutoMax took it all seriously and worked to address each issue as soon as possible!
I FULLY RECOMMEND the Framingham AutoMax!!
