Zero Stars: During my visit to Framingham, I found out that my relative was in dire need of a car battery. I headed to the Waverly Street location, only to be met with utterly disappointing customer service. It was disheartening, especially since I’ve always been a loyal customer at AutoZone. For the first time, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They were willing to sell me a car battery, but due to their “staffing issues” despite there being about five employees present they insisted on a $40 fee for a so-called friend of the clerk to come and install it. This was completely out of the ordinary for any AutoZone I’ve ever visited. Frustrated, I left and took my business to O’Reilly on Columbia Street, where the customer service was exceptional.

David and Raymond are awesome! The original battery on my car needed to be replaced. After I got a jump I immediately went straight to autozone to purchase a new battery. It was late after work, dark and absolutely freezing outside. Raymond came out and changed my battery for me! Thank you so much!!!! 🙏🏼 I really appreciate it! I would have really struggled to be able to do that on my own, and you made a stressful night much better for me!

I recently purchased a battery and brake discs at AutoZone store #3234 in Framingham and had a pleasant experience. David went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very kind, and answered all my questions. With its convenient location and outstanding service, AutoZone has quickly become my go-to choice for car parts.
