I walked into AutoZone in Framingham and was greeted by Jay, one of the kindest and most capable sales reps I’ve ever met. He quickly and confidently helped me dislodge a Boston Whaler steering wheel from its hub (and yes, Jay knew immediately it was from a boat).
This was something I had spent two frustrating hours trying to do without the proper tools. Jay made it look easy. The world needs more people like him - hardworking, helpful, and humble. A simple fist bump was his way of showing respect.
Jay, thanks for getting me one step closer to finishing the steering cable install and getting the boat back on the water. You’re the man!

Best autozone experience ever. Usually these stores tend to have a bad reputation. But ive been sent here to pick up parts several times and it seems as if each time its better and better. They always have these one off parts NOBODY ELSE has. Theyre always on point with inventory and I've yet to be disappointed. They close at 10pm for people who work a bit late. That is very convenient. Id write a book about this place if I could.
Special shout out to Jay for being such a great, helpful, hospitable guy. Should make him the Regional Manager.

The quality of the parts sold here, specifically a radiator for a 1993 Geo Tracker, was the absolute worst junk that I have ever seen !!!
However Jay the store manager was amazingly patient and helpful in every possible way. If it weren't for Jay I would have given the store one star not more.

Stopped by Framingham AZ to ask to have car scanned...lights going off on dash & had me a little worried. Nice young man came out, did scan, & gave me a printout of results; smiled & said basically no serious issues to address. Easy peasy! Store is busy but everyone manages to take care of customers pretty quickly. Considering I was taking advantage of a free service, I was happy that I didnt have to wait long to get help.

Jay is a great guy! He went above and beyond all expectations! He's knowledgeable and friendly! He put his lunch break off to help me with multiple issues. Never once did he rush me! I will be coming back to this location because of my great interaction with him.

When they first opened, the shop was friendly, fast and staff knowledgable. But now, it is awful. Cashiers have to help customers with long queries because they are understaffed, customers ready to pay and the wait is 20-25 minutes. Self check out, not working. I have come 3 times in a month for different things, at different times, during random days. Same, slow, no very trained people and wait to pay for a small part is exhausting.

This is my 3rd time going to AutoZone for oil for my car. The last 2 times I had gone they had price matched their oil with Walmart, which was always out of stock when I went and was generally $15 cheaper. Today when I was about to pay for my oil, they informed me they don’t price match with Walmart and some dude on the walkie talkie (which I’m assuming is the manager) said that I could “just go to Walmart and get it”. It’s an unfortunate situation because it’s been my go to store since I’ve been changing my own oil so now I’m just going to be sticking with Walmart..if they ever have their oil in stock.

The worst AutoZone i’ve dealt with. Never fails to disappoint. They’re consistently understaffed with a long line and they never answer the phone. Once I finally got through, I asked if a part was in stock (online it says there’s 1). He just said “we probably don’t have one” and didn’t want to do a physical check. This place is run by clowns.

Was told I could return my old oil when purchasing new jug but when I showed up with the waste, they made up some excuse about not being able to take.
Plus everything is $5-10 more expensive than going around the corner to Walmart or Home Depot. Same products, more expensive, worse service.
