My general impression of the store is positive: a wide selection of electronics, everything is well-organized and convenient. However, I came specifically for a mixer to knead dough, and unfortunately, it wasn't in stock. I also wanted to test a camera, but the alarm went off, and I couldn't do that. It's a pity I couldn't test the equipment on site. Hopefully, I'll have better luck next time

Sold me a locked watch. It was used and could not connect to it because it needed pin of the previous owner.
Update: I sent the information on social media but received no reply. So this is just for show to others. AND believe it or not, they have put the watch that I returned in Framingham store for the next person to buy. Serious lack of technical understanding at the store side that this watch is locked and cannot be reset and sold!! The store can reset the watch fine but it will not connect to a phone till they find the previous owner to reset the watch. Just for confirming what I said, I am going to buy this watch again and see what happens.
Next update : Indeed they repackaged the watch and sold it again. It did not link again but this time I showed it to them right in the store. They are selling locked watches. Do not buy. I will post the video of this.

Wanted to buy atv for my mom. I looked around and found the ones I was interested in, but couldn't find a sales person to answer questions. I asked someone for assistance and they said they would get someone to help me. Not sure how long they expect customers to wait but nobody showed up. Going to buy from somewhere else or online from another company. I can't say"poor customer service" when I didn't get ANY customer service.

I was assured online that I would be able to exchange DEFECTIVE hardware, but arrived and told that was not the case. someone lied, unsure if it was online chat or in store reps. What's the point of buying IRL if you don't get protection from BAD hardware?

I went here to pick up my order on Christmas Eve and experienced racist behavior from a store employee.
There is a white customer in front of me in the line, and the store employee greeted them warmly and handled their pick up orders in a professional manner. When I went to the counter and greeted the employee, she didn’t respond. I said I would like to pick up my order. She kept silent and just throw my item on the counter. I waited some time in case she needs to finish some paperwork for the pickup, and I finally asked if I can leave. She didn’t respond either. Instead, she spoke to another employee and left the counter.
Her attitude towards the white customer and me is completely different. During the entire pickup process, she intentionally kept silent and ignored any communication efforts from me, and I have to make the assumption that this is a racist behavior.
I do not know the employee’s name except she handled my pickup order around 12:30pm on Dec 24, 2024. This is disappointing on Christmas Eve, and I’m experiencing a trauma due to this incident.

The store had exactly what I was looking for, so that was a plus. The layout was odd with no defined checkout location. There were lots of employees to ask, so that helped.

I took my iPhone to the Best Buy in Framingham to have a screen protector installed, and it was a frustrating experience. It took them a long time to finish, and it required two employees to do something so simple.
The worst part was noticing that my phone was scratched. To make sure it wasn’t the screen protector, I removed it, and it was clear that the scratch was on my phone. Even then, the employees denied any responsibility.
I’m very dissatisfied with the service and the lack of care for my device.

It's a clown show for customer service. I went in at 10:30, few people, I asked for help, no one was stationed in the computer department. Was told "I'll page someone, what there." 10 Minutes later, another woman walks toward computers, asks for help as she got close and they start helping her. I said I'm sorry I been waiting 10 minutes. The kid told me to wait he was with her. So I complained. Then the manager showed up out of the blue and started helping me. The manager (NICOLE) did not say hello, she did not even make eye contact. When I complained about the service, she didn't apologize (which would have made me happy), just that we are very busy. I said your service is awful, I'm buying at @Walmart. Then she said "Have a great holiday." Very sarcastic. Snarky lady.
PLEASE don't shop here. Customer experience is everything. They should pay commission, then maybe these people will actually realize it matters how you treat customers. They lost a long time customer today. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I can about this.

Andy was super helpful and knowledgeable on an extremely busy Black Friday! He was patient with me (very important) and answered all my questions and concerns about upgrading from my old MacBook Air. I learned from Andy that my old MacBook Air from 2020 had a two-core Intel Core i3 processor and only 8GBs of RAM. He made sure my upgrade was a drastic improvement so he suggested the 2024 MacBook Air for $849 with 16GBs of RAM (32GB Windows Equivalent) and the new M3 CPU and I love it!!
He suggested that I sign up for the Best Buy credit card so I could finance it interest-free as well as the Plus membership and I did! That was a really good decision cause the discounts are actually VERY good including my discounted Microsoft 365. Will definitely be looking for him the next time I shop there!! Thank you ^-^
