Placed an order online and didn't get any shipping info for a week. when I asked for a ship date and tracking number I got a form letter reply blaming everything from covid to severe weather for delays. I waited a few days and asked again when they would be putting it out for delivery and got a reply saying they didn't like my "tone" and would be refunding me my money. From other recent reviews I guess I should count myself lucky I got a refund! place might have been good before, but whoever is running it now is crap at customer service.

Dress trousers were not hemmed properly. Now I have to pay for re-hemming. No response from customer service. AVOID

Ordered a pair of boots and gloves for my son in March- it's now the ending part of May, just got the gloves! Still waiting on the boots. Tried numerous times to call the company, no return call back and never did they answer the phone. Sent several emails and "finally" they returned one after telling them I'd contact my back and take my $300 back if they didn't answer me! Horrible customer service- I'll definitely find another place to find size 16 shoes for my son .

Charged for product and never received it. was able to talk to a person twice but now the phone just rings until disconnected. I have tried emailing several times with no response over the past month. all promises have made have not been followed through with at all.

I went to this store only once in my life and I will never go back. Truly mindboggling how this place stays in business. I went here once because my parents had gotten me some decent clothing from here and I thought it would be a nice break from the chain big and tall store in Natick. I'll never forget the day I went in, I felt so disgusted and disappointed. The store is in what is basically a basement and was a total mess. I browsed through several shirts but noticed that nothing had price tags, I asked the employee there about why there are no prices and she said they look them up online. I left empty handed because I didn't want to bother bringing shirts up and asking for prices, would much rather see the price on a tag. I have never returned to the store and never ordered off their website and based on other reviews here, sure glad I don't. Avoid this store and stick with DXL, at least you can see prices, the store is neat and organized and they have dressing rooms to try on clothes.

Save yourself the aggravation and do NOT order from their website. Just don't.Their customer service is beyond awful. They rarely respond. And when they finally do, they just lie.

I needed a pair of dress pants for an interview. The website advertised wha t I was looking for, so I made the purchase, with 2 day shipping. My order never arrived. I have tried calling and emailing them with no response. I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card and also with the BBB. This place is a scam. Avoid at all cost.

Will definitely be using this shop again! It can be a bit difficult to shop for my husband, but the selection y'all provide is great. Shipping was prompt and the one hiccup with my order was swiftly corrected. Thank you!

Do not do business with these people, they are unprofessional besides that they aren't setup for e-commerce. I put a linen suit in layaway, called a week later to get it out. On a Wednesday to be exact. So after 3 days of no tracking info I called back. Spoke with Jack and he told me it was a credit card issue. He had transposed some numbers. But no one called me, so my order sat for 3 days. Then I emailed them Tuesday to get information no response. It took me to send a nasty email to get a response. Now mind you when I spoke with Jack on Saturday about my credit card information he said that he corrected it and billed the account and he was sending it out immediately. Days pass and still no tracking info. So I sent a nasty email and finally got a tracking number from USPS, only to be told that the label had been created buy the order not picked up. WOW!! What makes me sad is I should have known better I had a similar run in with them last year when I got married. I needed the same linen suite, THERE website showed the item available. I give them a month to ship no merchandise.Only FOR ME TO HAVE TO CALL AGAIN FOR THEM TO SAY IT'S Out OF STOCK. They could have told me that a month ago. Fool me once shame on you.Fool me twice SHAME ON ME. They won't get another chance. I'M DONE WITH STOUT MEN!!!

This company is a scam. Have been dealing with an order since Jan, 2021. Read the reviews from the BBB before you order with this company. They have yet to refund my entire order as well as shipping which they have did for other customers. They will not answer the phone or e-mails and Ms. Joanna Green is not a nice person to deal with, which she only goes through e=mail. Just refund my money and shipping and we are done. Again, get this resolved as I know you have already received my Jacket that was sent back but no refund yet and we are going on 3 months.

This place is a scam. Read my review on their website. Waiting on a refund since January 2021. PLease contact Amazon, DXL, Bernie Wear or anyone else to discontinue their services. They will not answer the phone, address e-mails. It seems like unless you are a local, then handle customers differently. Waiting on a refund, it seems like its a pattern with other customers. Bob was nice when I dealt with him directly, however when they received merchandise back it should not take the customer 3 months to get their money back nor no response back getting my money. I have spent over 300.00 and have sent 2 items back, and the refund I got was not even for the item received. Supervisor Joanne Green appartently keeps money or does not do follow up. This is a criminal act when this company takes it out of your account or like the other customer they recharged is credit card for additional shipping without any notification. I'm waiting on my money still.
