I had great success with the new process eye exam program at Nashua store with nice people helping me, I am 74 years old and was concerned but all went well. A couple months later my daughter was driving me to Boston's logan airport for a flight to Paris. My glasses didn't feel right. When I took them off to check them, I found one of the nose rest had fallen off. We pulled off 93 and I went into Woburn Ma store while my daughter parked the car The woman at the optical desk fixed them so fast I was outside before my daughter parked the car Thank you guys

I had an eye exam there and firmly recommend yr facility.never had such a detailed exam with up to date machines. Then selecting glasses, the mger Waverly helpful and knew his field. Was pleasant to work with and listened to what I was looking for in a frame and lenses. Suggested frames that fit my face size also. Received one order and very happy with them.

While their prices are good, it's not worth their poor customer service or risks of ruining your eyes. When I met with Isabelle who set up the eye exam with me, she was very welcoming, outgoing and professional knowing her stuff so no problems there. However, I don't get why they don't hire in person eye doctors to do the eye exams. They're done virtually which can lead to inaccurate results. My eyes got all red and irritated just after a day of wearing them. I never had this problem when I wore contacts before. So I had to return my trial lenses and luckily they were able to redo the eye exam and give me ones that fit my eyes better.I'm giving them a 2 star review now because Neil who usually answers the phone is very rude. He's always at the desk and sounds like he doesn't want to be there or help you. When I got down to my last month supply of contacts, I informed him about it and he just scoffed and bluntly told me that they can't refill prescriptions over the phone and that I have to go to the store in person then hung up. Is it expected to already know whether I can do it over the phone or in person? I know other places can do it over the phone but when I called, I felt treated like a total inconvenience. I'm trying to do more basic adulting like being responsible for my own medical prescriptions and I get unprofessional customer service. There could have been a more outgoing, professional way to tell me

bjs optical department doesn't honor their products, they don't help the customer when bj optical sends out the wrong product!! STill waiting on a refund!! SHAME ON YOU! btw they received my rx and also verified it with my doctors so the mistake is on them!! REFUND ME BJS! OR give me the correct lens

I walked in with my 3 year old son who needs glasses. He has difficult time adjusting to new things.The lady that was working that day was uncaring and did not want to help me with my son who is special need. I didnt feel the need to explain to her that he is special needs. I do believe she should have tried harder to help. she told me to comeback another time when he is more calm. I just got up and left. I have never left so unwelcome somewhere before.
