We showed up 30 min later, the staff is still here but insist that they are closed. We asked what to do and we're told to call customer service, we asked for the number but that was too much; "no" customer service levels in former Yugoslavia are better then at Budget.

I dropped my rental truck off after hours, and tried calling 3 times the next morning to confirm they received the truck but no one ever answered. I finally drove there in person to confirm, and the lady at the counter was very rude. I was also charged over $50 for gas even though I filled it up right before I returned it.Terrible experience, will not be using Budget in the future. Save the headaches, and just go to uhaul or somewhere else.

I am having a great experience with this company especially after my Hertz horror story: But this review goes out to Karl or Carl. I will open up my own business just for him to come work for me. BEST customer service through him, multitasked, has 3 other customers and still took the time to walk me through my car. He was just brilliant. My son better turn out like Karl or Carl.

Location was alright. But they said they would be opened at 8am but they weren't. That was all fine, I had to wait outside for 30minutes until another person came by. She was not friendly or apologetic at all. Then when I returned the car at 7am, because no one was there to check my car, whoever got to the office first (the same person that checked out my car) checked in my car at 830 and charged me an additional day. Had to call budget and fight for it, but the rules and regulations are inconsistent, and staff were not friendly at all. Will not rent from this location again.

I use AVIS Car rental at this location and the STAFF are ALWAYS GREAT to work with. I've rented at least 10 times and always find them to be helpful, friendly, accommodating, and very fast. (This is a busy location.) Also the cars are always clean and well cared for. Highly recommend.

Most of these reviews are old. We had a great experience renting a cargo van to move our daughter from Boston to Delaware. The one way trip was no problem, pricing was very reasonable, customer service was excellent, and the vehicle was very comfortable and easy to drive. We would definitely rent here again.

I was recently charged $75 after I canceled my reservation. I canceled the reservation because the staff told me I could not park my car at their location due to the snow. I thus got a UHaul from a location I could park as an alternative and cancelled my reservation. Even if I was able to use it all the trucks were snowed in. There was no warning that I would be charged for cancelling. It makes no sense that I would be charged when I could not make use of the reservation without being able to park. After complaining on Twitter they reached out and issued a refund.

After tweeting about this Budget got in touch and reversed the charge.

The broad at the front was washing her personal vehicle today when we walked in. She proceeded to state that we had a reservation and not a confirmation and that they clearly didn't have trucks ("Look outside...do you see any trucks in the lot?"). We were instructed to call the 800 number so she could get back to the wash job.Class Act. Amazing customer service. Full sarcasm.

After years of renting from hertz, they left my wife stranded with a we reserved a month in advance said we didn’t confirm the reservation lie we called the day before they said they called the day of said we didn’t answer lie no record of any call to us they were rude to me and my wife,So my wife is tired and carless until I called budget in framingham he jumped right into action offer the only car he had in the lot said he would match the price and would pick her up at Logan Express where hertzs left her strandedThank you BUDGET FRAMINGHAM YOU HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER BYE HERTZ

We rented a car for a month in July. The car was dirty when we got it, had never been cleaned or checked out it before it was given to us. The tires were almost bald and when we drove it to Maine the next day my husband said the brakes were bad. When we got to Portland Maine we went to the airport budget and traded the car in. Don’t rent from Framingham Budget as they don’t do their due diligence before turning cars over. We called and complained to Budget about the car and all they gave us was $63 back on a $1700 rental. I would avoid that franchise and Budget. Never would we rent a car from them again.

This review is a reflection of the employee Carl and Carl only. Carl was honestly the best; I’m so glad he was helping my friend with her rental. It is shameful that this company is making him do the work of three people and making a profit off overworking him. This locations manager is obviously taking advantage of his hard work and putting an immense amount of stress on him for their own gain. I hope he is able to find work where his motivation is truly appreciated and is compensated fairly for it. No one should have to do the amount of work Carl did and not get paid properly for it. I hope budget really looks at the hard work Carl does and rewards him for it.
