Chris L., the weekend manager was friendly, efficient and had our reservation. Even though we ended up having to rent from a competitor due to Kia not being able to be hitched to their tow. He called other Budget dealers to find the proper equipment, while assisting other customers, nothing was found. Great guy!

I use AVIS Car rental at this location and the STAFF are ALWAYS GREAT to work with. I've rented at least 10 times and always find them to be helpful, friendly, accommodating, and very fast. (This is a busy location.) Also the cars are always clean and well cared for. Highly recommend.

Most of these reviews are old. We had a great experience renting a cargo van to move our daughter from Boston to Delaware. The one way trip was no problem, pricing was very reasonable, customer service was excellent, and the vehicle was very comfortable and easy to drive. We would definitely rent here again.

Ok Christian saved my a** when I was stranded in massachusetts, trying to beat a snow storm. The dude went out of his way (he wasn't even supposed to be working) to get me a car ASAP, even though my reservation was for later in the day. I ended up making home with minutes to spare before major snowfall. Truly blessed. Thank you, Christian, you're an angel.

To be honest, Budget was so bad I created an account just to leave a review. I booked reservations about over a month ago and got a confirmation email. I called 2 days before the move to add something to reservation, and they said my booking wasn't confirmed. After they dug deeper, they realized it was their mistake and admit as much and said they would escalate this to the manager, and I would get a call back in at least 2 hours, but everything should be all set. I received no call in 4 hours, so I call back. It is the same routine accusing me of messing up and realizing it was their mistake, escalating it to the manager and telling me I will get a call in the next 2 hours. 3 hours go by, and no call. I call back this time they apologize and tell me they will escalate this to the highest level. I was weary and told them the situation before, and they promise I will get a call. 2 hours later, no call. So I call back knowing that the office closing in an hour and a half. So I ask to speak to the manager to solve my issue. I was bounced around and put on hold for an hour and a half to run out the time until they were off the clock. Then they transferred me to the manger which ran reservations, not customer service!! She wasn't even able to leave a note that I called. She told me I was "out of luck" and that there was nothing I could do but call back tomorrow as the office was closed. I am moving in 2 days and spend all day figuring out if I have a truck to move or need to book another one, and they couldn't tell me. They keep jerking me around until the office closed. Now I move in 24 hours and might have to pay an extra $600 to rent somewhere else because it is so late. DO NOT GO WITH BUDGET.

Made a reservation 3 week ahead of my moving date and when I get there they want to first lie tell me they called me the day before to tell me there’s no trucks there then tell me there’s nothing and that I would have to travel to pick up a truck this company doesn’t know how to do business Uhaul may be more expensive but they have the truck ready for me to pick up go with Uhaul people

Do Not boot with these crooks! I called and spoke with a woman who told me to book online so I would get the Rate discount and was Quoted $63 for a truck and 63 Cents a mile . I asked several times and was "guaranteed" that rate. I was moving and when I was running late called and asked they once again told me everything was OK. When I showed up they wanted $275 for a "Slot Rental" and 99 cents a mile! The woman behind the counter called someone and handed me the phone when I protested. I was told by the person on the phone the same rate. the woman behind the counter said that she could see the rate I was quoted but could not help. Pure Bull! Bait and switch!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are Horrible and thieves! Budget SUCKS!!

Be careful when renting a truck. They don't know what size they have or when the truck will be back. It takes them 20 minutes to figure out the truck isn't here. Another 20 to call around to say they don't have any trucks. Giant waste of time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/ THEY LIE ABOUT QUOTED RATES! Called reservations and the representative gave me a rate of $24.96 plus .79 cents per mile. Thought the rate was great and booked it. (Never got an e-mail confirmation or was not able to check the reservation online with the confirmation given to me) If the rate had been higher, I would have gone somewhere else. Picked up the truck, the clerk did not go over the rates with me but I signed the paper in a rush because we had been there for over 20 minutes just to pick up the truck, it was raining and it was moving day. Dropped off the truck during closed hours. Called the next day to find out the final charge, they had charged me $29.97 per day plus .99 cents per mile. For some MAGICAL reason they couldn't find that I was quoted a lower rate. Awful service! Go to U-Haul!
